A very nice, clean hotel in Vientiane. Since you pass the door, your shoes must be take off and walk barefoot through your room. 4 level with no elevator. All front staff here are male and can speak English.

A lovely boutique hotel with well-appointed rooms, fair value-for-money ratio at USD 35; off road parking next to the building was a definite asset. Only drawback is that you either face a construction site on the other side of the tiny (congested) road OR you hear the tuktuks roaming Settathirat Road. Ear plugs solved the problem - would stay there...

The location of the hotel is great, the rooms are clean and of a decent size, the staff on reception were usually helpful. On the down side the beds in our twin room on the third floor were atrocious, definitely need new mattresses and pillows. We were only there 3 nights so didn't ask for another room. We have travelled...

The hotel is located in the really heart of the city but the location doesn't quiet make it for the rest. One the first night I have found ants in my bed, but being in SE Asia I didn't alert management as this is a developing country and quiet normal (not happened in other hotels during my trip though) The...

Very relaxed hotel staff. Take off shoes and leave them at the reception area. No lift I this 4 stories hotel so must walk up to your room. Air Condition was bit noisy and water leak from the air conditioner. Provided shampoo, soap, two aged bath towels with hole. No tooth brush. Breakfast was very basic, baguette was very tasty....

When I stayed here several times 5 or more years ago, the service was impeccable. The manager was always present at the front desk and he ran a tight ship. On my recent visit of 5 days I caught a glimpse of him once hurrying into a back room. There were always at least 2 if not 3 young men...

I have nothing to complain about the hotel & location in general. But we had a lot of problems with the staff here during our stay. We were sick and unfortunnately had to stay in the hotel a long time. We stayed here for 10 days. The staff doesn't speak english & they are watching movies all the time at...

I rarely post negative reviews on TripAdvisor but feel this is the only way management will listen and perhaps take action, as my request to speak to the manager was ignored by the staff. The rooms are great, so it's even more unfortunate how rude and unfriendly the reception is. Checked in early afternoon and my bathroom floor had clearly...

Would definitely recommend this hotel. New, clean, beautiful detailing on a quiet street close to restaurants, the night market, museum, public pool. A definite upgrade from its sister hotel Vayakorn House. The AC works so well. And there are beautiful french doors in each room.
