Spent a few days recovering in this hotel before flying out. The room was nice, TV had several English channels and sheets were clean. The breakfast buffet was OK, but some items ran out by 8:30 and they didn't refill. Staff were slow and inattentive; forgetting coffee, giving lazy directions "out the door and that way", etc. Major turnoff- the bathroom... More

I have had less than satisfactory experiences with hotels on my visits to the city. I have found them expensive for a poor standard & often the food has been atrocious. This hotel is certainly not the best I have ever stayed in but it was probably the best in Vientiane. It represented fair value for money & while there... More

The hotel is located in a quiet street. Local attractions are all near by. But I think the best way to move around is biking but bike rental is not available in the hotel. Rooms are great. Linens are clean white. Bathrooms are spacious and basic toiletries are provided. The buffet breakfast has limited and repetitive options. The staff is... More

A great little hotel in a dead-end street so no traffic noise even during Pii Mai! We walked to most of the local attractions and it is handy to a lot of restaurants. The facilities and Wi-fi are good. Breakfast is included and a bit average. The staff were not as friendly as other places but maybe they didn't want... More

After traveling for 6 weeks we stopped in Vientiane for two nights and Phasouk Residence or now known as Avilla Phasouk Residence was the perfect place to stay in. It was clean, on a quiet street and after 6 weeks of unreliable wifi due to our travels, we were surprised and how happy we were to have such high speed... More

You can't beat the location. The hotel is half a block from the main street on a lane that dead-ends at a wat, through which you can walk to the river and down to the night market. A room at the back means it will be very quiet for sleeping on the comfortable beds. Breakfast is a small but adequate... More

This hotel is in a quiet soi just off one of the main city centre road, the location is excellent in the centre of the city near all the main tourist attractions, restaurants and bars . It is also just a very brief walk through the temple grounds to the riverside. The staff are very attentive and the rooms are... More

This is the third time to stay at this hotel after more than 1 year absence. Last time, I found some malfunction of room facilities in addition to noise from the next house. This time, all the functions are well maintained. Everything is much better than the previous stay!

we stayed at the hotel just after new year. The room was about US$ 60 and for that money I would have expected something better. The room was dark and as soon you opened a window, moskitos came in. No fly screen. The toilet smelled of old stale urine, did not matter how many times you flushed. The room was... More
