Room reserved by Pandaw River Cruise Company. Choice could not be better. Walk to riverside market, superb restaurants nearby. Quaint boutique hotel, clean, quiet, and excellent service. Highly recommend!

This hotel is a small boutique property close to the Mekong River close to the centre of Vientiane. The hotel is pretty - just a few rooms with balconies clustered around a nice small garden and swimming pool. The rooms are quite small - not much space around the double bed - but neat and clean. No decent English news...

Of the several different hotels that I have stayed in Vientiane, I find this hotel the best so far. Location is superb and only 5 mins walk to the night market, shops and restaurants. There are balconies in the rooms which face the swimming pool. This boutique hotel has great breakfast, their croissants are freshly baked and the best I...

We stayed here for our last two days in Laos. It was very comfortable and close to the river side and night market and good restaurants. We had a pleasant ground floor room with a small balcony overlooking the pool. A quiet oasis but close to the centre of things.

We stayed in Ansara for one night on our trip through Laos. Rooms are small but clean and nice decorated. Had a great view from our room to the beautiful garden. Minibar and wifi is included, there is as well a laptop available in every room. Location is perfect as the night market and several cafes and shops are around...

We spent two nights in the Ansara as part of our tour of Laos. In a side street off the riverfront it is ideally suited for the night market and river front. The room was confortable with free soft drinks in the mini bar. Breakfast was fine but eat early as it can take some time to get your cooked...

Situated just behind the night market and close to a number of restaurants the Ansara is a good base from which to explore Vientiane. There is a pool with the main rooms and suites surrounding it plus a large 'presidential suite' with its own terrace set slightly to one side. Being in a city the service can be brisk but...

Well situated near the Mekong river and night market, surrounded by large variety of restaurants but quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Rooms of good quality and excellent breakfast. Good pool. Helpful staff.

The Ansara is conveniently located in the centre of the city. It's a 5 minute walk to the night markets and short drive to the main sites. The hotel reception and outside areas are nice. The swimming pool is lovely and is great addition given how warm the weather is. The hotel has no gym or spa but there is...

We've become a lot more high maintenance since having a kid...the backpacker days are well behind us... Ansara ticked all the boxes for traveling with a small toddler! - The hotel was able to pre-confirm a cot for the room (it was a comfortable large pack and play model - We were able to book a suite with a separate...
