Two years later I found a hotel with upgraded rooms, comfortable beds and good amenities. A change for the better and which makes it competitive again. The entrance hall has not changed and could benefit becoming a little more friendly and the dining room for breakfast could be a little less crowded so walking with a plate from the buffet...

Hotel provides free airport shuttle and is located near to many cafes/restautants. There is a Laos Kitchen nearby that serves decent local food. Short walk to night market and shops. Room is spacious, clean and nice. Breakfast buffet is not too bad, nice spread. Tuk Tuks available outside hotel, if you need a ride. Staff are polite and able to...

I found the hotel to be outstanding but for one detail. There is free wifi in the lobby but if you want wifi in your room they want $12 ! Never heard of such an arrangement. The room was nice and modern. The staff was pleasant, courteous and professional. Breakfast was a large buffet. If you want coffee or refill...

Rated as a five star hotel, it does not quite measure up as such for me. Our room was adequate, but small and nondescript. It is conveniently located and some say the best there is in this city. The hotel staff spoke English and tried to be helpful.

This is my first and last time to go this worst hotel. The employees are rude! They all want your money and they don't care about the quality service. Don't go here !!!! Their food is nice and their room but the quality of service! Oh my God!

The best one for Laos' accommodation and other service function, rooms, restaurants, function rooms, catering, car park, etc. Located in the central heart of Vientiane, surrounded with others entertainment place, such as, nightlife area, outdoor restaurants, coffee&tea shops, etc.

Since this was my first visit to the city, I wanted a centrally located hotel that is business friendly. This hotel was recommended to me and it was a good recommendation. This is a solid business hotel in this lovely small city. Rooms are excellent, large and clean with all the amenities. The bathroom is good and clean. The breakfast...

After a hot morning walking around Vientiane in October during the Festival we decided to lunch here – choice based on the fact we judged that the toilet facilities would be clean and being a Sunday during the Festival many restaurants appeared closed – so we plumped for the Lao Plaza where we had 2 not very tasty toasted sandwiches...
