Paid for a room through priceline.com, when I showed up at the hotel they told me they didn't have any way to confirm that I'd paid, I'd have to pay again. I showed them the booking information that clearly said "Paid". They said they don't get any information about online bookings, and they stopped doing business with priceline because people...

I paid only $19 a night for this place. It's location is great, close to the morning market and the bus station as well as Lang Xang and downtown bars and restaurants. The room I has was old and run down, and there is a bizarre mish mash of stairs within the building to reach the upper floors. The best...

Umm.. Want to be as positive with my reviews, but honestly, don't waste your money. This hotel was infested with Mosquitos in the rooms, in the front lounge where breakfast is served, in the reception, when you check in.. It was really unpleasant, but staff didn't seem to care about it. Bathroom was dirty and wart not able to drain...

This place looks ok from the outside and the reception is friendly. The rooms were very run down, holes in the walls where pipes had been run through not repaired... The coffee was undrinkable, but the breakfast otherwise ok. We found out about another hotel just down the road which was cheaper and cleaner. If you have come to Vientiane...

Centrally located on the main street of Vientianne, close to morning market. Unfortunatelly very poor rooms, lots of steps and if you have a lot of luggage choose another one. Breakfast fair - to choose eggs, or toast. Of course it is a budget type accommodation, so if you would like to spend not a lot of money it is...

The room is spacious and clean though a little run down. Staff are friendly and helpful. It comes with wifi, American breakfast and free flow of Laos coffee all day long. Located next to the famous Talat Sao mall (morning market), walking distance to the Mekong night market, Patuxai, Black Stupa (That Dam), Presendential Palace. Also near to the bus...

This is a very laid back friendly hotel run on a more or less serve your self basis. Be warned the first room I was offered had a sewerage pipe running under the be and was infested with mosqitosI complained at 02:30 and was moved to a much nicer room that was large, clean with clean bathroom. On the whole...

We were taken to this hotel by the mini van driver who picked us up from the friendship bridge, the only good thing about the whole place was the staff and the big rooms, we were shown to our room, but when we found out the aircon was not working they moved us to another room, when we came back...

We booked via agoda, but upon arriving in the evening, all rooms have been given away. We were brought to another hotel in a worse location (the hotel clerk showed us on the map before, but the actual location was much further away). We ended up in a mosquito infested room with broken hot shower and horrible bed, but by...
