Firstly, when we got to our room, we noticed that the air conditioner was not properly cooling the room. We called the front desk staff, but unfortunately, it could not been fixed. However, the front desk staff never offered a new room to us but sent the fan, instead. We were very hot, but managed to sleep because we were...

It's an OK Hotel, the best feature is its location, next to the river and restaurants and not far from the airport. My room had a big double bed, but the room was dark, the shower was ok, and towels were good, and compared to rural Lao it was good, but compared to capital city type hotels is was just...

One of the newer hotel. I tried to call first to find out how to get rooms like the ones in photos. Best room you see online not on sale directly. Hotel charge rack rate for upgrading to those room. Cite policy issue (whereas other hotels in Vientiane smart enough to offer discount for direct booking since they save on...

Rooms were generally clean and adequately supplied, staff were helpful (English was a little poor), the restaurant had a slim selection of recognizable dishes, coffee was excellent, breakfast was poor, the view was nice from some rooms (over the Mekhong) and the area was interesting to walk around. Across the street was a bazaar along the riverside of 20+ restaurants...

We only spent one night at this hotel, but found the room to be quiet and comfortable. Queen-sized bed, good shower and facilities, with a small verandah overlooking a side-street. The bedroom was decorated with fairly dark panels / cupboards and a dark patterned wall-paper; perhaps a lighter wall-paper would have brightened up the room. Unfortunately, our room had a...

Stayed here for 2 nights during business trip in Vientiane. I would say that this hotel in ok considering the room price. Rooms are old but comfort and clean. All important things as provided (towel, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, etc). Wifi signal was ok in my room and lobby. Breakfast was poor. They served me instant coffee. However, I might come...

We spent a wonderful time staying the hotel in Vientiane city. Although the room is not luxurious, there are enough facilities in the room. The hotel is located along the Mekong River and in the centre of city so it’s convenient to travel around. We also visited Wat Chan, Wat Ong Teu, which near our hotel. If you looking for...

To walk along the river and go to the city is ok (aprox 20-25 min). The rooms are ok but with thin walls... The breakfast is bad, they start at 7am but still at 8am is not ready (fruits). They only have instant coffee, if you want a real one, you have to pay extra for it.
