Always traveling with a cheap budget in Asia I am ok with average/poor quality for a cheap price.
Here the wooden doors and tables are half destroyed, mosquito nets are wide open and the toilets are dying.
But what's unacceptable is that the staff visited...More
Please have a read of this review as I am not usually someone to complain. My wife and I are travellers and we stay in budget hotels/hostels all the time. We pay cheap and expect the worst. Damp, mouldy walls, cold showers ( if they...More
You can stay there for a basic stay but don't expect to much. The guesthouse needs a renovation. The room wasn't clean. In the morning, we noticed that under the bed it looked like somebody was living there. Breakfast is included and is ok.

Hi, Smith, I am not sure if your question is whether the staff at this guesthouse are friendly and kind? I would say yes. They are not hostile and if you ask for a cup of complimentary tea or coffee over the counter they will provide you with the cup and the tea or coffee bag. They also provide complimentary breakfast but the wifi is only available at the lobby and I saw many of the guests gathered around the lobby with their laptops. Their English proficiency level is just ok and if you ask more they may not be able to reply you. But generally speaking, as long as you make your own research, I do not think there is a need to ask them too much.
