Enjoyed our stay here. Hotel was booked as part of a tour. We were expecting a lower quality hotel to have been chosen for our stay so we were very pleasantly surprised. Good Wifi available. Reasonable options for breakfast choices

It's near to the Mongolian parliament, alongside several places of interest, including the Historical museum that gives you a good idea of the Mongolian history. There are many restaurants within walking distance.

Quite well appointed hotel. Rooms relatively modern and clean. Staff have good English and are very helpful. Arrive in our room to find two single beds (my partner and I have been together nearly 35 years and we balked at the prospect of sleeping apart). Quick visit back to reception - fixed with no problem. Luggage moved into a more... More

Staff were very nice abd helpful. Rooms are a good size with balconies but they are in need of refurbishment. There are no drawers for clothes. There us a mini bar. The beds are very hard. The retaurants are somewhat lacklustre. They were not good for vegetarians, but then few places in Mongolia are. The location is excellent. Chenggis Khan Square... More

This is an excellent hotel but it is obviously not in a western country. The rooms were comfortable, with western bathrooms but the decor is a beautiful blend of Mongolian, Chinese, and western Europe. The breakfast is vast and plentiful with food from many nations. I made the mistake of getting my own coffee. A manager yelled and came running... More

This was booked as part of a train trip and was a good choice. Our guide had phoned ahead so there was no paperwork, we just picked up our key. Our room was on the 5th floor overlooking the front. There was little noise from outside. Room was clean and quite roomy, the bathroom was the same. There is a... More

My room was spacious, well organized, clean, safe and good water pressure. Traditionally decorated. My upper floor view was of other buildings and well off in the distance the mountains. There is ample space for conferences and weddings. Hotel staff tried their very best.

This hotel was booked for us as part of our trip with Mongolian Expeditions. I have traveled around the world and find that the star ratings in western countries is not the same in other non western countries. So I was happy to find this hotel as part of our trip package. While the rooms, lobby, and dinning halls still... More

I found the hotel to be in a great place for walking around Ulaanbaatar. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. There is also a coffee shop with western fare that was good. Some of our group had problems with the air conditioning in their rooms and needed to change rooms, but the hotel did not seem to... More

We stayed here at the start and end of a two week trek around Mongolia. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have everything you would expect of a good city hotel. The food was very good and service friendly and efficient. The location is great - only a short walk from the main square. Would definitely stay here again.
