Room was clean and comfortable, location was great 2 minutes from taksim square. Food was ok but not great, breakfast was horrible. We wasnt originally given the room we had booked, instead a smaller room with 2 single beds, and we had to request they be moved together. After much complaining we were moved the 2nd day to the room... More

Wonderful hotel close to many important sites in Istanbul. In walking distance to Military Museum and Dolmabahce Palace (15 - 20 minute walk). Many good restaurants in the area. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Highly recommended.

Reception great, small charge for early check in which is the norm these days though a little flexibility may encourage return customers. Room was not the biggest but as a double it was perfectly adequate. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Breakfast had a wide and excellent choice, waiter poured tea and coffee was not great but hot water and tea... More

Very modern and comfortable rooms and space throughout the hotel. The breakfast was varied and exceptionally good. The staff were very helpful, especially considering we were there when many streets around us were closed due to protests. Close to public transportation and easy to walk to many different bars, shops, restaurants, etc. It was perfect for our group.

Three nights for business, many times in Istanbul but I was often on the Asian side. Very nice hotel with modern rooms ( I like new hotel), good wifi and breakfast. I had also lunch at the hotel ( buffet), it was very good with a very good selection of food. To keep in consideration also for private trip /... More

I stayed at the Titanic City Hotel in March of 2014. Check in was easy and efficient with no problems. Desk staff were helpful, even with my lack of Turkish. The rooms are beautiful, large and well-appointed. Nothing looks worn or dirty. The bathrooms are finely appointed with a wide variety of soaps and accoutrements. There is a 120V outlet... More

For the money paid and star rating this is a very average hotel. The first room we where shown to on the second floor really did smell of smoke despite us requesting a non smoking room after complaining we where moved straight away to the tenth floor which was much better (better view, much quieter, larger room size and no... Very nice hotel, cannot fault the service I received as we was upgraded on arrival without even asking. The Spa was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was a varied mix of food. Very good central location, I would use this hotel again if I visit Istanbul

We expected a nicer room and a richer breakfast . Rooms are quite noisy and views are very limited as you see a close by building which looks very ugly and suffocating . Most staff are unfriendly and are not very helpful. Spa prices are very high too. I definitely do not recommend this hotel . It simply isn't worth... More

Staying in Beyoglu

Neighbourhood Profile
Beyoglu
Istanbul’s most famous street, pedestrianized Istiklal Caddesi (Independence Avenue), throbs day and night and offers a fantastic array of architectural sights, shops, treats, and throngs upon teeming throngs of people. At the avenue’s northeastern end is expansive Taksim Square, thought by many to be the very heart of the city, with many of Turkey’s most renowned restaurants and some of Europe’s most happening nightlife in close proximity. In striking contrast, Beyoglu’s less trafficked areas – such as the affluent Cihangir and the antiques district of Cukurcuma – exude Old World charm and provide contemplative calm and splendid diversion via an assortment of cozy cafes, attractive boutiques, and quiet lanes.
