Was actually very impressed with this hotel , the location is pretty central approx ten min stroll from the main sights in the old town and tram is approx 2 mins away. The hotel is on a little side street , blink and you'll miss it !! But when you find it a little oasis awaits ,.... The good Very...

Excellent hotel for its price. Should be a solid 3 star. Excellent value for money given the fact that that there are many 2* hotels which are far both more expensive and not as nice. Breakfast was suprisingly good and included honeycomb honey, homemade jams, lots of fruit and halva. Additional excellent touches in include free bottles of water and...

Great location a block or so away from the busy tourist street, close to all the main sights. Very clean and modern. Fantastic air conditioning in rooms. Robes and slippers. Very comfortable beds. Nice TV. Fridge. Way better than average breakfast, including scrambled eggs, sausages and the best American-style filter coffee I've had outside of the States. Not a place...

I don't write many reviews on hotels, but Hotellino deserves one. I can honestly say it was the best hotel experence of my life. Only stayed there one night (unfortunately), as i was there for business, but they really made me feel welcome. The value for money was incredible, the breakfast simple yet divine and and the icing on the...

I've spent a week in Istanbul and stayed at Hotellino with friends. The rooms are modern but have a nice touch: nice colors, nice bathrooms and little pleasant details as slippers, choice of soaps in a little basket, safe locker, dressing gowns. The thing that was the most pleasant was that each room has free bottles of water in a...

This hotel was extremly friendly, with a very friendly and helpful staff. The owners took their time to check in with the guests every morning during breakfast. They also gave a lot of information about places to visit. The location of the hotel was perfect, at the end of a quiet street, but still located in the heart of Istanbul...

This is a small hotel with large, bright and clean rooms. Has a very good location and access to historic areas of the city, since it is located near 2 tram stations. There are many good restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. At the end of our stay they gave us a bag of excellent...

Staying in Sultanahmet

Neighbourhood Profile
With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. Beyond the wonders of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more, this relatively small area of Istanbul somehow manages to retain an air of peace and calm. It offers visitors a significantly less celebrated but nonetheless pleasant network of quaint lanes and side streets, majestic panoramas of the Bosphorus, and an impressive assortment of accommodation options for all budgets and tastes.
