Great amenities with 2 swimming pools, breakfast was great with a yummy variet of traditional food, in a great location not too far from anywhere with great transport links and friendly, helpful staff who give a boatload of suggestions of all the things you can do there.

Me and my partner chose this hotel in June 2015. The hotel is nothing like the pictures. We walked in, there was one creepy man at the desk who offered to "loom after" our passports. He showed us to our room down the dark corridors. The window was blocked from the outside so you could not see out. We asked...

The worst hotel ever. The pictures are decieving. The location was terrible and very sleazy. I stayed there for an hour and quickly decided to leave. It is not a family hotel, considering the fact that it is located in an alley way. Highly not recommended!!

The hotel is located centrally close to the tram and old city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. The room was of a good quality although tea/coffee facilities would have been appreciated. The roof pool, (which we used daily) whilst quite small, gave great views over the city and was well maintained. Would recommend this hotel if visiting...

...but that's all i could say really. Yes the hotel was great value for money in terms of amenities, however no hotel room should have to put up with that kind of noise! half of the hotel is situated on a road full of bars and the noise is completely unbearable. We were moved after two days and persistent asking....

This hotel has very friendly helpful staff.very clean ,decent rooms. It is in a commercial area busy and for some a not touristy enough perhaps ? We loved the pools really a bonus after a foot pounding day. Location great 1 min to tram 1 which takes you to all key sites in less than 10 mins. 5 mins to...

The staff are ok but look bored. The location is really not great unless you have business near there, as a tourist much better options near sultanahmet or taksim. One side of the hotel has a permanent presence at night of female night workers literally at the door and their minders, the other has a load of restaurants bars that...

Clean rooms, wifi in lobby, pool, helpful staff speaking little Arabic and English. Location is great near aksaray tram station. Good value for money. Thr shower is little tricky to start as you have to open a small stream of water first then switch to shower mode.

The hotel is nicely placed near Aksaray T1 tram station (2 minutes walk) and M2 metro station (10 minutes walk). It's pretty clean, but not as you find 4* hotel across Europe. The area is very good for a young couple that wants to explore Istanbul not only for sightseeing but also for street food. The pool is not so...
