It was the firt hotel I lived in, in Istanbul and it was amazing. Everyone was very helpful and friendly! They helped us with our baggage and took it up to our room. I never experienced a hotel that was so neat and everything was on its place. Thank you for a pleasantly stay!

The rooms in the hotel were nice and clearly recently renovated. The hallways need a little TLC. The wallpaper was peeling of the walls in the hallway. The elevators are VERY slow. The breakfast was VERY good. The Wi-Fi works best in the lobby. The location is not a good. The windows in the rooms are so thin you hear...

This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in during my 12-day tour of Turkey with a group. Apart from the acceptable cleanliness of the small room and the provision of a kettle and tea/coffee, everything else was downhill. The hotel provided paper cups that leaked. Calls to housekeeping asking for proper (not paper) cups fell on death...

I stayed with a group in May 2013. The rooms are small and clean, they provide tea/coffee and kettles, however they only provide paper cups, no glasses, and ALL the paper cups leaked and the reception refused to provide anything else. The rooms next to the lift are noisy all night with the life sound reverberating through the room. One...

This was the third time that I have stayed in the Grand S, as study abroad director with a group of fellow Americans. As usual, it was pretty bad. Far worse than last year. First off, our rooms were flooding. Literally. Wallpaper and baseboards coming off of the walls, holes in the ceilings from water damage, mold, you name it....

We stayed a total of 3 nights as part of our ANZAC Day tour. Our first night in the older part of the hotel was average but did the job for an arrival hotel. Our last 2 nights at the hotel we were located in the refurbished wing. The room had a moldy smell upon entering which was a result...

We stayed as a family in this hotel for four nights in this hotel. Cleanness of the hotel was acceptable. In one of our rooms, the door of the toilet did not close and they changed our room after two days. Some of the rooms window’s open to the metro railway and the sound of the train while passing can...
