Our experience in this hotel was great. My mom loved our room as it was spacious. The only downside is that they do not have elevators. The hotel is centrally located and the decor was modern. Breakfast was ok.

My experience at this hotel was good. The hotel location is excellent, just a 3 min walk to Taksim Square which has access to the Metro and Tram. The rooms are good and spacious. Cleanness is also adequate with fresh towels every day. Breakfast is also good with a variety of things to eat. Hotel staff are friendly and very...

I spent 3 nights in Fullhouse Residence. They´ve always replied to my emails before arriving and helped me with information needed. Also provided me with a private transfer to go from Sabiha airport to the residence. The location is great, five minutes walking to Taksim Square. Everything is close, metro station, tramway, subway, Istiklal Caddesi, which is a popular street...

This hotel is in a very good location, near Taksim Square, so it is easy to arrive from the airport with a bus and also to use public transport to move around the city. Our room was big, comfortable and very new. The staff was nice and helpful, specially the guy who stays at reception at night. Breakfast was good...

This hotel is located just just a one minute walk from the bustling Taksim area with lots of shopping, night life and food. It is possible to walk to the ferries in Besiktas or to Galata and beyond. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help with any issue you might have. This together with the hotel itself...

We actually booked this hotel because we decided to move to a cheaper hotel for our last night in Istanbul (after staying in Hotel Zurich all week) and ironically found Fullhouse residence much more pleasant. The service was great, staff arranged a free room upgrade, recommended a great hammam and arranged airport transfers. The location is perfect, just off Taksim...

We just returned from a 10 day stay in Istanbul. I was super nervous about finding the perfect place for our family to meet us there, and after much searching, decided the price and location of Full House Residence would best meet our needs as we needed 3 rooms for our long stay. Even before our stay I was satisfied...

I was travelling with a group of friends and I was assigned a room with two other people. I paid around 20€ per night for this big room with private bathroom, which is really convenient. The room was fully equiped with a kitchen and a small table where you could eat. Although the windows were on the street, it was...

Staying in Beyoglu

Neighbourhood Profile
Istanbul’s most famous street, pedestrianized Istiklal Caddesi (Independence Avenue), throbs day and night and offers a fantastic array of architectural sights, shops, treats, and throngs upon teeming throngs of people. At the avenue’s northeastern end is expansive Taksim Square, thought by many to be the very heart of the city, with many of Turkey’s most renowned restaurants and some of Europe’s most happening nightlife in close proximity. In striking contrast, Beyoglu’s less trafficked areas – such as the affluent Cihangir and the antiques district of Cukurcuma – exude Old World charm and provide contemplative calm and splendid diversion via an assortment of cozy cafes, attractive boutiques, and quiet lanes.

“The rooms on the ground and lower levels are smaller with the exception of 201 but we needed them for elderly group members, if you want larger rooms--make sure you ask--although, even the smaller rooms are beautiful and pretty standard European sized...just small compared to American hotel rooms.”
