The view from its terrace where guests can take their breakfast is great. We could see that there are several other hotels which offer breakfast with view, but this might be one of the most affordable. The woman in the breakfast room was always friendly and nice. I have a suggestion regarding the food though. The large quantity of olives...

Very near Blue Mosque and Ayasophia and Topkapi Palace. Hotel is located amongst quaint narrow streets, sea view from breakfast terrace on roof. When you book ask for room near the top of the hotel for a better view. We stayed in room 303 which was nice, just about see the sea, large bed, nicely decorated and very clean, but...

Located just a few steps from the blue mosque and Haga Sophia. The two receptionist were always helpful and very friendly. Breakfast is in the roof floor with a really nice view to the Blue Mosque. It is a 6th floor building with no elevator. We were there for 3 nights in 2 different rooms, as the first one in...

Hello, It is indeed a very phantastic hotel in a great location. We stayed in the room on the 2nd ie first floor toward the street and had a good nights rest! The roofterrace is partly covered and is used for breakfast (decent with seasonal fresh fruits) and open for the guests to use thereafter non-stop. Payed 65- with booking.com...

We stayed in this hotel from 18 till 21st of April 2013. To be honest te were dissapointed. We got the room on 5th floor, just beneath the (breakfast)terace. The room was very noisy because of the thin doors and walls. Every day from 07.00 we woke up because of the staff preparing breakfast and guests having breakfast. We spoke...

As other guests have said, the service is excellent. The hotel is very charming and clean. Bathrooms were surprisingly modern with very large showers by European standards. Rooms were small and bed a bit firm for my taste, but the superior service and delicious breakfast more than compensated for those shortcomings. If the quality of the accommodations are more important...

The hotel has the perfect location. The price is good. The rooms are small but clean -- so long as you're planning to spend most of the day out and about this shouldn't be a problem. Breakfast is a bit disappointing but the view from the terrace is gorgeous. The night clerk seemed a bit too friendly -- kept suggesting...

Staying in Sultanahmet

Neighbourhood Profile
Sultanahmet
With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. Beyond the wonders of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more, this relatively small area of Istanbul somehow manages to retain an air of peace and calm. It offers visitors a significantly less celebrated but nonetheless pleasant network of quaint lanes and side streets, majestic panoramas of the Bosphorus, and an impressive assortment of accommodation options for all budgets and tastes.

Definitely NOT to relax ,enjoy n easy going holiday . It is only meant to come in and Sleep after a long tiring day ! Certainly Not worth the money one has to pay !”
