I been in this hotel during my trip to Istanbul for three days. Room was clean and fresh. hotel and room decorated tastefully. Breakfast was very good with lot selection. Hotel is walking distance to Hagia Sophia mosque, Sultan Ahmed, Topkapi, and other touristic places, many restaurant to choose from around hotel. and price was reasonable.

Its a mid level hotel with small rooms and limited buffet. Location is a big plus. Walkable distance to Ayasofia, the tramway, Grand bazaar. Plenty of eateries around. For first timers would be suitable especially for families due to its location. As we were a family we were provided adjacent rooms but in an annex building. One room had better views and the other had none and both rooms were cramped.

If you are traveling with a family, do not stay here, stay at bigger chain. Rooms too small, breakfast same every day. Washroom super tiny. Unreliable airport transportation which almost caused us to miss the flight. For $259/night for super tiny room, better options within city. Ok for singles, if you have family, avoid at all costs. Stay at bigger chain hotels.

I really enjoy the reception personal- they helped us with lot of useful information they told us about good places with local food - fresh and low prices, information about the parking- I parked in an otto park that was under a building- great place and ok as prices; The room was big - we had a small window but we had a big bed and room. This Hotel ofers you free water anythime you ask for. The breakfast is very tasteful- lot of variaty. Is closed to many touristic objectives included Grand Bazar I really enjoy staying here :)

The hotel is at great location, is part of old city, about 10 mins walk to Sultan Ahmet Camii. The room is cozy and clean, there is mini fridge. Bed size is big enough, however not very good sound proof. Breakfast is rich, and tasty. Reception desk is very helpful and friendly.

The location was perfect for east reach of all the touristic monuments. Lots of restaurants around and a great vibe. The hotel itself was fine but our rooms (204 & 206) felt claustrophobic as they had no windows. Also felt it was noisy and could hear people talking outside. Perhaps the hotel could put signs up to request the guests to be quieter in consideration of others. There was also cigarette smoke smell everywhere. Hotel itself wasn’t environmentally conscious as small bottles of water were provided on a daily basis so a lot of plastic wasted. No signs regarding re use of towels so towels were changed daily inspite of us hanging the towels. Breakfast was nice and staff helpful. Best thing was the location.

The staff were not cooperative. The manager was very rude. I spent 2 nights without electricity ; no Wi-Fi , no AC , no phone chargers, and no lights. Initially they gave my wrong room and barely they changed after long discussions. They only talk about their money without caring about my comfort or how happy I was. Very bad experience. I haven’t had such one before.

The hotel was fine. Generous, varied buffet breakfast. Receptionists both very helpful and friendly. Exceptional service by Birol. My only remark due to more cleanliness with regards to bed sheets and bathroom, otherwise no complaints. Hotel in the heart of Sultanahmet, very good location.

Location is good-next to the all main attractions. Buffet breakfast is decent, stuff very friendly. The only downside is that room doesn't have natural light, some rooms have windows facing other rooms..but family room with 2 connected rooms is large and clean.
