Everything was perfect, good welcoming with great staff. Cute clean rooms with comfortable bed. 2min from metro, 15min to Grand Bazar and the Sophia. Had a fabulous view of Istanbul from my room and it was totally incredible from the terrace, during the sunset you do not want to leave. You will only want this hotel after you stay there...

Nice hotel, very clean. Some rooms are very small. Very good location, walking distance to all famous landmarks and food places. Hotel service was very good. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was okay could be more varied. Breakfast is served on the top floor (which can only be accessed by stairs)with fantastic views.

Third time staying in our favorite hotel in Istanbul and every time it is getting better and better. At first location- near to all touristic and historical places, metro is 2min away by walk so you can easily go to every side of Istanbul. Every room in a hotel is different so we are always staying in some new one...

Great little hotel with bedrooms offering amazing, over the top Ottoman style decor. Was fascinating watching the changing light effects on the ceiling! Very friendly staff and rooftop breakfast room had great views over the Bosporus.Great location, walking distance to all the major sights..Stayed here twice, before and after a tour, very happy with the tour company's choice.

The staff is very helpful. Hotel is small, but with a good atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, free tea and coffee with sweets during the day. Convenient location. We arrived earlier than check in time, but they gave us the room immediately without extra charge. We would go back to this hotel any time, 100% recommend to everyone.

Staying in Sultanahmet

Neighbourhood Profile
Sultanahmet
With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. Beyond the wonders of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more, this relatively small area of Istanbul somehow manages to retain an air of peace and calm. It offers visitors a significantly less celebrated but nonetheless pleasant network of quaint lanes and side streets, majestic panoramas of the Bosphorus, and an impressive assortment of accommodation options for all budgets and tastes.
