Room was a shoebox. Room was Filthy! No Upgrades were offered! Some of the front desk staff were extremly rude! And to tope it up one the check out the front desk staff ended adding more to what have been used to the final bill....More
The hotel is in a great location. If you are looking for a place to sleep and be comfortable then this is your hotel. The hotel staff, front desk, resturant, office and even the cleaning staff were superb in meeting your needs.
Location - excellent - lots of restaurants and bars around the hotel, easy walk both to the tourist sights and to the beyoglu area with the bars and shops.
