The hostel has a nice rooftop bar and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Clean, modernized, spacious, but still soulful and local in flavor. Beds had curtains, private lights and outlets. If I could have stayed extra time at Bahaus, I would have -- Tony made us feel like family. Sitting on the roof and drinking Efes/smoking shisha was...More

The best location in the city, great rooms, clean bathroom with hot water, delicious breakfast and a bar at the rooftop that is the perfect spot for making new friends... What else would you want from a hostel?
PERFECT. Clean, comfortable, amazing and comfortable beds, air conditioning, great atmosphere, great breakfast, awesome showers, and perfect location! If time permitted, I would have stayed extra nights just because I loved the hostel so much.

With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. Beyond the wonders of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more, this relatively small area of Istanbul somehow manages to
retain an air of peace and calm. It offers visitors a significantly less celebrated but nonetheless pleasant network of quaint lanes and side streets, majestic panoramas of the Bosphorus, and an impressive assortment of accommodation options for all budgets and tastes.
