Utterly charming. Friendly, attentive staff. Beautiful room (heated floors in the bathroom...very lux). Lovely breakfast overlooking the neighbourhood's tiled roofs and out to sea. I'll be staying again the next time I travel through Istanbul.

The hotel was lovely. The staff incredibly helpful and attentive. Ideally located for trams and within reach of most of the main sites, blue mosque, etc. Would definitely recommend. Only small disappointment was that our room was too hot because the heating was on too high. This was corrected though, once we bought it to the hotels attention.

Hotel Niles- a charming hotel in old town Istanbul that has traditional charm and modern amenities. We were able to reserve the hotel with ease online. The staff waited for our arrival time. We were gifted an upgrade to a beautiful suite- I highly recommend it! It is not too far from the airport, walkable to the blue and sofia...

We stayed there in January, it was snowy outside and we were very happy because the room was really warm :-) The breakfast was on a nice place on the top of the hotel with a great...

We have stayed in large and small hotels all over the world but this gem I could stay months in. The service is friendly, helpful, kind, and efficient. The hotel is very, very clean and the location in the old city is only a few blocks from the Grand Bazaar. We loved going to the wonderful sunroom on the top...

The staff was excellent and service was on point... I could mention all staff but I would like to single out kamal the manager (but also mention the owner who personally spoke with me at breakfast one morning, as well as Umut and Murat the server, and my friendly housekeeper)... Kamal took me to have traditional Turkish desert treats on...

I have stayed at the Niles Hotel on 18th to 21st January 2017. I loved everything about it. The way the room was laid out, the bedding, the exquisiteness of the place/furtinute and the bathroom with the turkish path (junior suit). The view on the terrace is amazing where you can see the gorgeous Bosphorus while you eat breakfast. Its...
