Room was average size, reasonably clean. Front room on first floor in a 6-lane city road made it noisy with windows open. I specifically requested a non-smoking room with decent WIFI connection, and that's what I got. Hotel was being refurbished and showed it. The buffet breakfast was copious and with reasonable variety. The staff was pleasant and helpful, but...

This is our first night in Turkey following a group tour and what a nightmare it was to stay in this hotel after a 10+ hours flight. The room looked tired and worn. Decor and furnitures are aging and in need of a change. Our room faces the main road which is rather noisy. We did not have a good...

The only positive think is that it has in front of it a tram stop. Apart from that with respect to an appearance quite good: service, breakfast quality, breakfast room (minus 1 without windows), room (1119, very small, noicy, poor furniture, dimly lit, small blanket, ... ), swiming pool (a small basin) are not at level of a 4 stars...

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in group of 53 people. On first day only the problem of water in toilets was there which was there for rest of the time also. The staff was totally non-cooperative and they never tried to understand what we are saying. The food quality was aaaaaaaaaaaaaa. They even charged for using GYM...

Unfriendly, unhelpful, uncommunicative staff (bar one lady on reception and room maid). Pitch black corridors until lights operated by movement came on - too late and for too short a time. Only one unscrambled TV channel, in Turkish. Swimming pool franchised out, 2 floors below ground level, small, dark, hot and cost £5 per day for residents. Restaurant gloomy, poor...

We stayed here for 2 nights at the start of a Titan tour and 2 nights at the end. What a relief that in spite of the BA strike we were able to fly home on time! The rooms were grubby and the carpets and bathroom floor had ingrained dirt. The furniture was flimsy and the much lauded showers in...

We stayed here for four nights as part of a Titan trip to Turkey. It was not a good start to the trip as the hotel decor is interesting, to say the least, with an excess of faded gold everywhere. The lifts are sometimes unresponsive; the rooms small and somewhat dirty; the bathroom has a shower unit that defies operation...
