A delightful hotel close to all the restaurants and basilica and castle. Easy to park outside and very friendly and helpful staff. A pretty courtyard with pool and a parakeet to talk to!! Lovely decor and comfy rooms. An ideal place to stay if visiting nearby Ephesus. Buffet breakfast included - so good value.

We enjoyed our stay at St John - an elegant little boutique hotel located in a non-touristy street in Selcuk. Stepping in, the hotel is full of charm (pictures on their website is representative of what you get in reality) - the owner has an eye for the little details to make his place a welcoming oasis after a long...

Our trip was planned by a professional tour guide, so the Saint John Hotel was chosen for us. We walked from the bus station and found it after asking directions a couple of times. It's located on a distinctly non-touristy street, but it's close to everything. It's a lovely small hotel, clean and friendly and charming. Our room overlooked the...

very nice hotel, clean, friendly stuff, at 5 minutes walk from the center. The restaurant serves a good food at a reasonable price. To eat at the restaurant could be very useful as the street looks poor and strange on evening.

We only stayed for one night but were very impressed with this little hotel. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and the rooms (we had two) were nice and clean. Breakfast was also very good. The location of the hotel is fantastic. You can walk (5 min) to the St. John basilica and Ephesus museum. For the two other...

The environment is quiet, clean and value for the money. The atmosphere is warm and welcome. You The owner is very helpful, who even took us to a famous local restaurant while enjoying the view of Byzantium ruins.

This hotel is at a central point to visit Ephesus, St. Jean, Virgian Mary and the village Şirince. The rooms are OK, the breakfast is moderate but the staff is helpful. It can be a good stop for one or two days for visiting the area.

We stayed as a group of 5 friends. The staff could not do enough for us, even asking how they could help one of our party who became ill. The hotel is in gypsy street, (not sure if that's the real name) and there are small shops very close by for water etc. The pool was lovely, and breakfast was...

We stayed in winter and found the room comfy, clean, warm and dry. Lovely decor, albeit a bit over the top. The location was good, but a bit hard to find because of blocked roads and one-ways. They need a sign on the main road. The breakfast was good, but there needed to be a bit more attention to details....

We stayed for a night but arrive early morning - we were accommodated to partake to an array of great home cooked breakfast selection. The food, especially the newly baked cakes were just delightful. A different ambiance and home cooked food from the other places we stayed. The staff, family, are very friendly and helpful. The area is very much...
