Recently returned from a week staying at the Canberra and it was an amazing week. Yes, the hotel is a little jaded, but at the end of a day, it has all you need for a nights sleep and gives you a great breakfast with an amazing view of the castle, Selcuk and over to the university. Our room was...

Pros: Centrally located and friendly staff, bathroom clean. Cons: Room stank (perhaps from years of smokers in the room) unless aired out, bed squeaked and creaked, walls were paper thin and could hear people on the toilet in the next room and in the stairwells.

Very convenient location close to town centre/bus station/museum. Busy roads and mosque nearby, so somewhat noisy. Helpful English-speaking staff. Room OK but very compact, although we did have two small balconies. Breakfast served on top floor terrace OK. Free wifi. Try to get a room away from the mosque/main roads.

Hotels location is perfect. There are busses that goes to Kuşadası or İzmir or even İstanbul from there. One problem though, there was only breakfast available in the morning. No lunch or dinner. Other than that, everything was awesome!!!!!!!

A good two star hotel, with welcoming staff and homely feel. Comfortable and well placed for Ephasus. Good view from room and noted that exterior bathrooms were more roomy than those in interior rooms. Delivers on its promise and compares extremely well with other Turkish hotels in this price range. We would return.

Came here on a tour. The place is dirty. Really felt grotty. Our toilet seat broken, bathroom so, so small. My partners knees were touching the wall when seated! Location is good. Staff are friendly, but I'd give it a miss if I was back here again. Towels like canvas/rough. Terrace has a nice view, breakfast average.

Friendly staff and good location. Best wifi we have found so far.. Our room on the 4th floor had a nice view looking over to the castle. Only problem is that this hotel has a rooster and dogs that live near by and they make a huge racket very early in the morning!

This hotel is located near the city center and the bus station. The train station is some 10 minutes away, but still within walking distant. The hotel is somewhat old (which is quite apparent). The room is relatively spacious, equipped with an air conditioning and an old tube television (note that we were there during an unusually cold week in...

I think this place is the cash cow of the owner until the milk dries up and it's time to sell. The room wasn't so bad I must say but I just hated the feel of the place. There is a bunch of guys sitting outside drinking and playing games at all times, I suppose they are the watchmen but...
