I'd like to congratulate the therapist Mohammed Hassaneh, who made a relaxing one hour massage to me last week. He has an excellent technique that made me feel completely relaxed. How do you know when you get a good massage? when you fall asleep during it. That happened to me with Mohammed's massage. He is highly recommended. Congratulations! Carol

Stayed 5 days as part of a group. The rooms were very good, spacious with all modern facilities and the bathroom large, well lit with all amenities. The hotel itself seemed to be an old palace which is very large with good gardens though quite complicated to get to the rooms. Wifi was free and excellent. The only blemish was...

its very nice one , good service , and very old building .it was built in 1910 , The building's original design was based on typical Palestinian architecture and the characteristics of an Arab household.

The late Mr. Khalil Yassine Talhouni from Jordanian descent restored the hotel and added it to Zara investment as part of the many hotels they run. Simply beautiful but unfortunately the main restaurant closes at this time of year although the weather is warm and would have been great to eat there.

I loved staying there, the staff was excellent and very helpful. Whether you stay inside in the lobby or outside in the garden, it is beautiful with its unique style. The rooms are all spacious and comfortable to stay in. I would definitely recommend staying there, and with no doubt would choose to sit there if ever again.

I have been several times to this hotel, attended weddings, meetings, conferences as well as slept there during the last meeting I had in April. It is a big hotel with different facilities that is suitable for several activities or events. It is not far from the Nativity Chruch!

Friendly staff, large room, comfy bed, free wifi which worked most of the time. Breakfast - if you don't like fruit out of a tin, and chips for breakfast, don't even bother. One of the worst hotel breakfasts I have ever had. When I asked for fresh fruit you would think I'd asked for a bar of gold. I did...
