Wonderful hosts and excellent location. We stayed here for one week while visiting Bethlehem and the hotel staff made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We felt like we were staying with family. I would definitely return next time I visit.

We stayed with a group of 20 for 7 nights. Was very nice, clean, and everyone friendly. Food was good and fresh every day. My credit card was accidentally run through twice for in identals and the lady owner caught it before I left and found me and made everything right. George was super friendly...and the male that sets the tables in the morning and at night was very friendly. He got my wife and I ice every morning. Good place to stay with ice cream places within walking distance every night.
This family run hotel in Bethlehem is a place where people stay when visiting the sites of the Holy Land. The accommodations are simple but very affordable. The staff is friendly and sincerely try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. My next visit to Bethlehem will definitely include a stay at this hotel.
This hotel is quite new. We stayed here with our touring group for three nights. It’s nice and clean with good working aircon and comfortable beds. Friendly lady at the reception, very helpful and trying to please even the difficult people in our group. Unfortunately for the football fans there was no life streaming service to watch the World Cup matches.... Breakfast and dinner was nice, Middle East style Would definitely recommend this reasonable priced hotel.
I stayed in the Holy Land Hotel several years ago with my family for Christmas Eve, and we found the hotel convenient, clean, with friendly hotel staff. We rated them very highly. Given our first pleasant experience, this year, we wanted to stay again in the hotel and booked 3 rooms again for Xmas eve. We received an immediate booking confirmation on October 15th. Three weeks later, we received a notification from the Hotel saying that they were going to cancel our hotel booking. The reason? First we were told that they were cancelling because we didn't pay an advance. When I responded that no prepayment was required from the hotel upon booking, they changed their tune and said, 'oh if you stay 2 nights, then we'll keep your reservation, but if you only want to stay one night, we will cancel as we have no available rooms'. This means that they over-booked or rather that since they first confirmed our reservation, new potential clients have showed up, wanting to spend 2 nights and the Hotel wants to bump us off! Now so close to Xmas we can't find any available hotels, and we are going to have to cancel our plans of spending Christmas in Bethlehem. We didn't even receive an apology from them for their less than professional and ethical treatment of us!…
Room 301 was large with a king size bed, sitting area with small sofa, a refrigerator and a balcony. Room was spotless and the bath was roomy. Breakfast was fine. Hotel is on a busy noisy street. Very few restaurants nearby but hotel offers a buffet dinner.
For five years I have had my pilgrimage groups stay in this hotel where we are always received like beloved family and treated like royalty. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and roomy, and the staff could not be more welcoming and accommodating. We also love the international nature of the hotel's clientele, since we often share the dining room with other groups and individuals from three or four different countries. I highly recommend staying here -- for groups or for individual stays.
Arrived as solo traveler from USA. And left a friend of family. Great location, cleanest room ever and so warm and welcoming. They even asked me to stay for dinner complimentary because they had a group staying for dinner. Owned by lovely Greek Orthdox family who could not be any nicer. Close to all sights and fairly quiet pRt of town. Spotless rooms
Just got back from a great week here in this family hotel. The desk staff couldn't help enough with taxis, guidance and assistance on where to go and what to do. The building still has a new feel with all fixtures and fittings gleaming. The WiFi works well in the lobby.
