I was part of a large party that stayed here in May 2017 for 3 nights. We stayed in a 'on the water room' which have a deck and direct access to the pool. I like the design of the hotel - although it's not next to the beach, they have made up for that by having all the rooms...

We loved our staying at Agamim hotel. 1st- the room: we had the room with the private exit to the pool and a private balcony, which was wonderful. Although at this time of the year (end april) the water in the pool are still cold a bit, we still could enjoyed the relaxation by the pool and the balcony outside....

After waiting for 40 minutes in line to check in (!!!!) we learned that the type of room we ordered and payed a lot of extra money for ( a pool side room) wasn't reserved . The hotel staff were reluctant to help and find a solution. We left the hotel and booked a room at queen Sheeba. Never going...

We loved every minute of our 3 day stay at this hotel. Such a great and unique layout, and the "on-the-water" rooms are fantastic. Breakfast rocks, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the hotel has a luxurious feel without paying a "luxury" price. The ONLY annoying part is the wind-tunnel from the back of the hotel, so be sure...

The hotel, it's facilities and everything feels like it just opened. Everything is well maintained, clean and looks great. The food is the best we had in any luxury hotel dining room. The staff is very kind. There's a nice kids playroom and a nice room with multiple PS4... The best thing is the big pool area that looks and...

A little bit remote from seaside but that is not a problem even if you have not a car. 10 min walk to promenade. Very clean rooms, very friendly stuff, nice swim pool , rich breakfast... 1st floor rooms exit strait to the pool, looks like your private)))

Checked into hotel April 4th and was advised upon check-in that room upgrade was in USD. When I showed the front desk agent my correspondence with hotel reservations, she called the woman I had been emailing earlier and they indicated that upgrade was in USD, not NIS as I had been quoted. As our room was not ready, we checked...

Although the hotel is about 3 blocks away from the beach, what it DOES have are amazing rooms that are well appointed, a Pool area in the rear courtyard that is so immense and very modern, outdoor terraces that look out over the gardens and pools with fountains spewing water, and a Breakfast the likes I have never witnessed before.

Went to Israel for 2 1/2 weeks. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Front desk staff was so rude that even my family commented on it. Lock on door of room was broken and could not lock door. A expensive hotel with rude staff and very overpriced for what you get.

Stayed in a room with a cabana pool it was absolutely breathtaking. Worth every penny. Felt like I was in paradise. Food was great and really loved the room. Appreciated the add one like extra flip flops and pool towels in the room plus the complimentary vodka shots.Romantic and beautiful we will definitely be returning.

I was a bit disappointed that a hotel built around its lagoon type pools didn't have one heated pool or jacuzzi/hot tub for the cooler months

and that pool closed at 6PM

front desk was not strongest part of the team

when I checked in the gal at the front desk was telling us our card wasnt going to work and tried to get us to pay cash...we insisted to talk to a manager...the manager figured a way to get our card to work ...paying with cash would have sapped our cash on hand for the trip without cause

also there was seldom more than one person at front desk who was often on phone or busy and there was no concierge service to speak of so any questions meant waiting frequently

the front desk also didnt seem to know simple things like if they had maps of town or where they were...they just didnt seem very well trained or motivated to help

I asked to talk to a manager to give feedback as I am a travel writer and dont publish negative reviews and over my 3 days no manager came forward

also when large groups were checking in our out buses were allowed to block driveway while people pooled to get on instead of waiting until there were all ready and then have them board...this blocked people checking in with their cars or getting in and out of spaces

overall I liked the hotel as far as the conditions of the rooms, the pool if I came back in the summer assuming hours weren't 6PM in the summer too...no one told us about the amenities checking in as well for instance about the exercise room

I have mixed feeling about returning...the place has great potential but seems to fall a bit short of reaching its potential....the hotel wasn't very full so maybe the staff was cut a bit thin for those guests who were there

I had questions about the restaurant for dinner but instead of waiting in lines t get the one desk person's attention, we just went out for dinner each night...our impression was that if they cant service the front desk...then why risk what service for dinner might be

we did enjoy the breakfasts...the omelet station is the star but ingredients to add available were sparse but people figure out on their own if they are lucky to take veggies from salad bar and cheese stand to make a better dish

the fruit drink station is also poor sub for fresh juice...wine list at night in bar is also uninspiring

I've been travelling more and more to Eilat for business and I'm inclined to check out other hotels first ...too bad I love the overall concept but not the execution
