It was perfect. The SPA is first class. The food is 5 stars. The view is amazing. The best SPA hotel in Europe. Great service. Wonderful place to drop for 1-2 nights if you visit Israel without children. Adults only place. Very pastoral in the middle of the woods.

We have been here several times over the last several years. It is true that there are newer, more sparkling hotels available in Israel for luxury retreats but this one remains a favorite. The setting is beautiful and serene. The rooms, although a bit dated, are comfortable, clean and offer a peaceful view of the forest. The place has a...

I can only recommend. We had a great stay! The treatments, the food, the service, the activities, the atmosphere: all were excellent. A large amount of personnel all ready to service you. Large selection of treatments. Even when the hotel is full the facilities are not crowded.

It's considered as one of the oldest spa in Israel. Built in 1969 or so, and regrouped to the Isrotel hotel chain in 1992. One can notice it's non glamorous architecture façade, yet interior design is calm and well maintained. Some old fashioned furniture still exist in here. Not all is our taste but indeed gives you a laid back...

We stayed in the place for a short holiday break in January. The hotel is great for a romantic retreat, has decent spa, intensive exercises program and great food. The rooms thought could have been better.

We enjoyed a winter midweek break. I had been wanting to go for years and was not disappointed. My husband enjoyed it too. We loved that the grounds were not crowded. We upgraded to a room with a balcony which was well worth it. The rooms are quite basic and could do with a refresh but the whole ambiance of...

Breakfast - excellent. Dinner - excellent. Service - excellent. Spa and pool - excellent (for my purposes...). Massage that I got - excellent. Room - a bit small, but everything felt luxurious. View - excellent. The pine essence they spray everywhere and on everything - excellent. Mattress in room - disaster.... I hardly slept the second night. Too soft... Maybe...

We have visited the spa off and on over the past 14 years- always enjoying the bucolic surroundings, amazing kosher food and top-notch spa services. After a recent visit, it was clear that Carmel Forest Spa has either fallen on hard times or has new management that is penny-wise and pound-foolish. By the end of three days, I felt more...

My wife and I have been to the Carmel Forest Spa possibly ten times before. When we started staying there the place was immaculate-well run, efficient, clean. None of these can be said of the hotel today. We stayed in the hotel over New Year's Eve as the next day, 1st January, was my wife's birthday. Unbeknown to us our daughter...
