The staff was helpful and responsive to our needs. The breakfast staff was excellent. Rooms on the first floor were noisy - noisy guests in hallway and lobby during the night making it difficult to sleep.

It was a very pleasant one night stay. The room was very clean and everything worked as it should. But most importantly, the staff were extremely friendly and courteous. This was true when we checked in, checked out and during breakfast. It is always comforting when you know staff care about you.

Very small room but was well enough for one person and night stay. I sat in the bath and saw hair and dirt . In the morning I took a shower and the whole room was flooded. Breakfast was nice . Would good to have something above average.

My family and I spent one night in this little hotel in the residential area of Rechavia, in a family room on the second floor. We stayed for two nights and had in total 4 rooms. The staff were very polite, however two out of four rooms had mould growing behind the beds, which could be smelt as we entered the rooms. One room had a terrible sewage smell. My daughter who suffers from asthma was unable to breathe in the rooms that had mould...

The manager and staff simply could not do enough for me while I was there. It felt like I owned the place, considering how they attended to every little thing, right down to extra service at breakfast to accommodate my private diet, making sure my room was right for me and comfortable enough, greeting me warmly each time I walked...

This is a small hotel for tourists and family. Very clean and staff were very helpful and welcoming. Hotel situated not far from Old City - near the Windmill and the King David Hotel. Hotel in residential area.

If you want to be pampered or to wake up in the middle of the action, go elsewhere. But if you want a clean and comfortable place that gives you good quality at a good price, stay here.
