We did not stay at the hotel, but merely visited it on our walk towards the city within the walls. WE noted outside a small restaurant which was closed tho it was breakfast time. WE were told that there was a dining room inside which we missed. However, it was only open for lunch.

*The location is great - maybe 10 min walk from the Damascus Gate of the old, walled city. This is east Jerusalem, the Palestinian section. It is 5 min walk to a Lite Rail stop. It is right across the street from a Armenian pottery store recommended in guide books. *Our room was simply shabby. Furniture was worn, a drawer...

We stayed for four nights and enjoyed a small but clean room. The built-in hair dryer on the wall didn't work so we got one with a cord from the front desk. We also borrowed an iron and ironing board. The front desk was very prompt. The hotel is within walking distance to the old city, and if you think...

Our family visit Jerusalem to view holy places. This hotel is perfect for this kind of travel. It is too near (about 3min. walk) to old city Damascus gate thru which you are starting traveling in history!!! To walk down to Lions gate and down you can enter directly to MT.OF OLIVES. Hotel rooms are wide and clean. Has TV,...

I wanted to love this property. The hotel was clean throughout, the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, the front desk staff members were friendly and helpful, and the onsite dining was agreeable. However, the location is not ideal, in my opinion! For a tourist who wants nearby restaurants and conveniences like groceries/drug stores, this is not the place. It is...

We also stayed at the Leonardo (walking distance) which is a large hotel better suited for large groups, tour buses, large dining hall etc. For just a small group or a couple, this hotel is great. Nice and quiet. Guarded parking across the street. It is in a gated area. Walking distance to the Garden Tomb. This is in East...

Our room was on the 3rd floor and had a balcony and a comfortably large queen sized bed. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was large but the bathroom was quite small and there was no hairdryer. There was a safe and the closet was large and could easily fit our luggage. The service was good as well...

Really fabulous place to stay in East Jerusalem. 5 mins from Old City. Room clean and homely. Breakfast buffet excellent. Great Palestinian food in the restaurant. Recommend lamb chops. Service impeccable.
