This was our first stop after we arrived in Israel. We were on a honeymoon so I guess that explained the complimentary chocolate and wine with rose petals on the table. We were a bit tired from our flight from Paris via Malta so I was looking forward to just check-in and rest. But the well-prepared room, nice night view... More

This is what happened. My firm booked this for me. I arrived to discover the ATM was out of order and they couldn't tell me where the nearest one was. So I had no Israeli money for a taxi. (I know, I should have got some at the airport). So I had dinner from room service. Ordered a smoked tuna... More

I stayed here for three nights for a work conference. My room was spotlessly clean, had a great view of the city, and a small balcony. There is a nice lobby cafe as well as a meat restaurant, a dairy restaurant, and a large breakfast room downstairs. There is a pool, sauna, and steam room all indoors and an outdoor... More

The place is known for those who do pilgrimages to Jerusalem. It is not very new but the rooms are good enough for you to have a comfortable stay in the Holy city. There was an incident when one of our companions got caught inside the elevator and waitied for about 30 minutes until she was rescued. The breakfast buffet... More

The carpet in the room when we arrived was wet and greasy, the swimming pool downstairs was dirty all the time and the elevators were scary to get into. The breakfast buffet is great! It's an ok three star hotel - don't expect more.

I had read many dissatisfied reviews about the Ramada, but since it was the most convenient to where I needed to be, I stayed here almost against my better judgement. HOWEVER---I was so pleasantly surprised! I was completely satisfied in every way. I would suggest that you make sure to tell them that you do NOT WANT TO STAY in... More

I was in a panic when I learned we would have to stay in a hotel instead of with family when we recently visited Jerusalem. What would I do for Kosher food? How can we find a shul? What about Shabbat??? Oy vey. Jerusalem Ramada to the rescue. This establishment has solved every potential pitfall for the kosher world traveller.... More
