The new Orient Jerusalem, part of Isrotel's Exclusive Collection, is strategically positioned in the heart of one of the city's most vibrant, upscale neighborhoods offering an abundance of leisure and entertainment options as well as panoramic views of the old and new city. The hotel is a short walking distance from the Old City and just steps away from HaTachana, the city’s first-ever train station which has since transformed into a lively district of designer boutiques, galleries, trendy cafes and restaurants. The hotel's design, inspired by the past, and guided by the future, features 243 beautifully-appointed guestrooms and suites in its newly constructed central building, as well as a selection of opulent accommodations inside two expertly preserved Templar Buildings from 1882 and 1883. My recent stay at the Orient Hotel in Jerusalem was nothing short of exceptional. We were celebrating my husband's bithday. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding service that set the tone for our entire experience. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the unexpected upgrade to a suite, which added an extra layer of luxury to our stay. The staff at the Orient Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the concierge who provided invaluable recommendations for exploring Jerusalem to the housekeeping staff who ensured our suite was immaculate, the level of service was truly exceptional. As club members we got a complimentary great massage in the spa. The highlight of the hotel is the rooftop pool, with the stunning view to the old city. Overall, our stay at the Orient Hotel was a truly remarkable experience. From the moment we arrived until the day of departure, we were treated like royalty. The luxurious suite, impeccable service, and exquisite dining options combined to create a stay that exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend the Orient Hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and indulgent stay in Jerusalem. This is a place where luxury, comfort, and exceptional service converge to create an unforgettable experience.

We stayed here in May 2023. This is a great hotel , in a great location, with great staff. Would recommend staying here to anyone. The breakfast buffet was great , the pool on the roof gives you a great view of the city and the rooftop restaurant was also excellent.

Hotel is in a great location but service in housekeeping , bars and restaurants was slow and unfriendly. BEWARE: my husbands cell phone was stolen from inside our hotel room while we were at dinner during housekeeping evening bed turn down. He did not have it locked in safe but still very disappointed that this occurred.

We have visited Israel many times and wanted a change. This hotel was an excellent choice. We are really glad we picked here to stay. Our rooms were ready early and we were treated exceptionally well. We had a slight temporary problem with one of our rooms and Tareq at the reception desk took very good care of us and made sure the issue was resolved quickly. Very accomodating. The breakfast was by far the best from all the hotels we have been at. The rooftop pool is very special with spectacular views of Jerusalem. The German quarter was an added benefit to our stay. Great atmosphere. Definitely stay here. I know we plan on returning soon.

What a fabulous hotel and good location. We were greeted by the excellent Fadi at reception, but sadly the concierge was lacking. The waiters at the restaurant were very helpful and tried their best. The room was great but the noise from outside went on till we’ll pass midnight

spent 5 nites in this luxury hotel. i chose a room n the Heritage building- a templer executive room. front desk service-particularly Noam Rotem-was fantastic. i had a decent size balcony overlooking the hotel entry patio. lovely for a cup of coffee(nespresso machine in room), inhaling the jerusalem air. breakfast buffet is outstanding, bountiful, special vegan section, as well! service at bfast is attentive but not particularly warm or friendly. pool area is rooftop & great. looks small but actually bigger than i thought. pool bar-best hamburger that i have eaten in israel & i live here! i had access to the business class lounge with my room type. eh, nothing special, same food selection each day & not really much food. service there, as well, was tepid, at best. not rude, just not welcoming. i have been n many biz lounges over the years. this one is very spacious, filled with comfy couches, a nice balcony, etc. but just not special overall. visited the spa-had the best reflexology treatment ever-Helen was the technician. indoor pool is lovely, ability to swim laps. hotel is very, very clean & modern.

This hotel is a newer one and we expected a bit more luxury. The location is in a residential area, which makes it quite a bit outside the central part of Jerusalem. If you walk into the center, it’s up a long, steep hill. The hotel itself is modern. Views of the Old City are from the pool only, the dining room is in a lower level, as are most of the conference rooms. Our room overlooked a busy street. For the Shabbat observant, there are issues, such as no automatic room lights and a large bathroom that has an opaque window- we had to have a curtain put up over the window from the bathroom so no light from it would come into the room. Not sure it deserves all the accolades it seems to get.

This is a wonderful hotel, made extra special by the attention and dedication of Hamza, the dining manager!! He went above and beyond at every meal to make sure we were all well taken care of. We were a big group of 40 and he made sure everyone had what they needed!! He went out of his way to bring us extras, even brought balloons for someone in our group who was celebrating a birthday. He was at every meal to greet us with a big smile and ask us what he could do for us. And even added beautiful designs to our coffee. It was an amazing experience. I only wish we could have stayed longer. We felt very at home here and can’t wait to come back.
