Our room here was a lovely haven from all the hustle and bustle of the city and our days of exploring. Centrally located, just off Jaffa Street where the main tram lines run and at max 15 min walk from The Old City. Our room was clean , quiet , kept stocked up with towels , water etc … we had a ground floor room with a balcony . Great air con and huge double bed. The manager was super friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us & assist when needed. There is a convenience store 2 min walk down the hill open until late eve. Jaffa street and streets surrounding have plenty of places to eat out . The only thing I would want to add to this stay would be a communal area to get food and refreshment but having said that you have a fridge in your room and amenities are close by. Would go back …

Terrible experience, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! They ruined my holidays. They took a preauthorisation for the amount of the room plus a deposit which is normal but rather than collecting the money from that on the check in day they took a new transaction. The preauthorisation transaction is still pending, they said they released it but Monzo card says the hotel is still holding that transaction and the deposit after 1 month. I had 2 different reservations with them and they did the same thing with both. I’m still waiting after 3 weeks for the money to be released in my account. Never seen something like this before, even booking.com thought this was not a normal procedure. It’s not a hotel, strange location, in an ugly alley, a building construction next to it. The rooms are big look nice but they are not clean. Specially the bathroom was filthy. I didn’t like the vibes and the atmosphere. There are better places in Jerusalem. The receptionist, the finance and people who I spoke with were unhelpful trying to play around with me and giving me different answers. Doggy.

This is not a hotel, it has no reception When we arrived we were missing towels in the room and had to call the customer service in order to get some, it obviously took more time than expected When I asked for vouchers, discount any tourist get for 2 nights stay in Jerusalem, I revived an answer that they don't have one and they have other more important things to take care of I must say that eventually they did get me the vouchers though Room was not clean

Just got back from my first stay at Kook Suites. The location is perfect, right off of Rechov Yaffo near Ben Yehuda. The building is high end, with a doorman. The apartment was perfect. It was large, clean, 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. Even through in a parking spot which in that area is very valuable. I highly recommend working with Ranit Kotler. She listens to you, understands your needs, and is able to find the perfect apartment to suit your needs. Would definitely use her again. Obviously, these are luxury apartments, so they can be pricey, but in my opinion, absolutely tremendous value, especially if you are travelling with a family.

We stayed in this small hotel for 3 nights in November. There isn't a 24hour reception but the instructions about how to arrive after hours were very clear and very straightforward. The rooms are standard but nice. The wi-fi was free and excellent. There is a fridge, kettle, and a coffee maker in the room. Bottled water was provided on the first day only. The hotel was quiet. Loreen, the lady who works on the reception, was great. Very patient and answered all my endless questions. She also brought treats (chocolate chip cookies and croissants) one morning. :) Location - excellent. Only a couple of minutes from the main Jaffa Street and about 10 minutes walk to the Old City Jaffa Gate. There are trams on Jaffa Street that take you to the train/bus station (only 4 stops away). Very close to shopping, restaurants, and bars. The only negative is that they charge 7% if you use a credit card. Overall, excellent hotel and I would stay there again in an instant.

I wrote a review on Booking.com about my stay, which painted a negative opinion (my own, which is the point of a review) and then the establishment contacted me to appologize and to ask me to amend my review (my own, again) in return of a 15% refund, after my review made after my stay. I really don't think that is how you do business, as the priority would've been to offer a quality service for the price paid. I was despointed by Stay Kook Suite for 2 reasons: 1. the bathroom, most importantly the bath, was not clean and 2. the hotel staff was working odd hours, which made it difficult for service, unless if you call the number provided, you won't find anyone at the desk after their working hours. The bathroom was not only very old and outdated, but the bath was dirty. Remains of hair were on the wall by the hair dryer - not mine as these hair were long and ink black and mine hair is short and blond. Service at the desk was only during working hour, otherwise you call a number provided, so basically I simply wore my flip flops to take a shower as I thought it would be too long for them to come over and clean mu bathroom. On my second day, random food was left in a bag with a cup of coffee that had coffee in it. I ignored that bit as I based my review on the 2 points that should at least be considered.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. The management is extremely uncooperative. They are basically mean. If you need any flexibility or understanding, I do not recommend this place at all. I cant say more about this place

The best cost benefit in Jerusalem; a big found actually. Hotels in Jerusalem use to be very expansive and most of them aren't worth the price. But this apartment is comfy, well located and with a very good price. It's a nice building with apartaments. There's no breakfast room, but they put a lunch box on our door every morning. There's daily cleaning. Loreen is a darling, always ready to help anytime.
