Not comparable with the photos, it was dirty, not offers what was said at booking, the personal assistance were so rude, farther from the old city thant was written at the information, ... not recomended, there are a lot of many places so much better wiht less price.

The location is great, next to the tram and the pedestrian street Jaffa in a dead end street. Parking is next door. The apartment is large. WiFi works well. The bathroom is very small and outdated. Not enough for 7 people. The big table is broken and unstable, dangerous. The cooking equipment is for emergency only. The apartment door is right at the reception (101), guests knocked on it to search for the staff.

The rooms are very nice with style and excellent service. The hotel is in a charming little street far from the noise. We were at a tram station at the Jaffa Gate and two at the Damascus Gate of the ancient city of Jerusalem. We have an excellent stay.

Exellent rooms .. we had all what we needed at the room .. and the living room has amazing style. The stay at the apartment was very comfortable. We enjoy alot at the apartment and hat a great time .. thank you ..

if you received the room in underground, you will be very surprised, the room smell and is fast without windows.If you order breakfast, be afare, that is not in this accomodation. Unfortunatelly on reception is nobody to give vouchers, or information

Very good location. But if you travel by car you cannot get to the hotel closer than about 100 meters. You can use parking about 100 meters from the hotel. A lot of restaurants and shops around. Close to Old City. Good value for money. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

excellent location close to Jaffa street, rather small apartment, but overall ok except that no warm water from shower for some reason. kitchen also small but OK for the purpose as well as bathroom was very small.

Please don’t think of staying here. Horrible place. It was like a musty dungeon with some sort of cheap floral air freshener going everywhere. If the musty smell doesn’t get you, the cheap floral smell will. We were a party of three that walked in, was appalled at the absolute ghastliness of it and turned around. We are currently in a dispute with owner over a refund. I would give it a big fat ZERO if that was an option. Disgusting place.

Nice and clean place. We stayed with kids in 2 bedroom apartment. I enjoyed the quiet location. Apartment located end of the street, shops and atm near. The room wasnt ready when we arrived, but staff was very helpful.

Very good location, close to all West Jerusalem downtown amenities. 15 min walk to Jaffa Gate to access the Old City. Apartments are clean, good sized, hosted in a period building just off Jaffa street. All in all, great value for money.
