Extremely dangerous, hostile potentially deadly Muslim neighborhood, particularly for an obviously Jewish person. Many rooms were still available - this was over a month before my trip - but, they still wouldn't be even slightly decent about my having booked a room in error. Wouldn't return a penny. Evil, evil, evil. Til you're there, you can't tell how insane it...

We stayed at this hotel for a night because our hotel had a heating problem and they sent us to this hotel. I don't know how the rest of the rooms look like, but our room was terrible. The bathroom was dirty, the paint on the walls had fallen, the bathtoob was dirty. We didn't even had TV. We were...

Hotel is placed in Arabic part of Jerusalem. Arab people are friendly and hospitable. Food is good, rooms are clean, but everything is a bit old. Hotel does not have free parking spaces for car. WiFi works slowly, especially if the hotel is crowded.

It was my second time in this hotel. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was OK, not too many choices but still I could find a lot of things for me. The room itself was better then I stayed in 1 years ago. I stayed in 302 - it was clean, warm and quite. One thing I was not...

I'm currently staying at this hotel - if you loved being stared at and stroked by old Arab men, this is the place for you! I live normally in a Muslim country and I haven't been looked at like this for the last two decades. But it fits the decor which hasn't been painted or redecorated for the last two...

I've stayed at this hotel twice now. I've found the service to be friendly and helpful when needed but unobtrusive. The room aren't fancy but more than adequate and clean. They had everything I needed. It was quiet and close to important areas in East Jerusalem.

The hotel isnt clean, the pictures dont match the reality and the bathroom smelled horrible. We never complain about hotels, but this one was really bad. We booked a room for 4 people but they gave us 3 single beds, then they half made a fourth one in the middle of the room, so we didnt have place to walk....

The location was great and easy access to the Old City and West Jerusalem. Even though we were told that the room was ready when we arrived we had to ask for the bed linen to be changed as it was dirty. The floor was not clean and was not vacuumed at all during our 3 day stay. Breakfast food...
