Just finished a dream weekend at Mamila. Great service, everyone from house keeping, through gest service, to the restaurant been kind and friendly. Breakfast was great even on Saturday. Our room was specious for all 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) One vey small thing-in a place like this, toilet paper should be from a higher quality.

From the first day of our stay, to the last, the Mamilla strived to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. From a non-functioning AC that the maintenance informed us was working despite the room being hotter than the outside hallway (30 degrees Celsius, 86 degrees Fahrenheit), to actively deceiving us that a fan will be delivered and...

We were travelling as a family and had 3 rooms for 4 nights. The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious, modern and trendy. We stayed in the most basic rooms, the studios, and even those were great, functional, with sufficient storage space and comfortable beds. We love the transparent glass between the room and the bathroom, it gives light and a...

I was so impressed with Rosaline in the dinning room. She made me feel right at home and was knowledgeable of any questions asked. I feel so thankful and privileged to have met such a wonderful young lady. She even took her precious time to show my friend and I around the old city. Also Lara Anis where so warm...

If you would like to stay in Western Jerusalem yet near the old city, this is the finest option. Perfect for business meetings but also due to location possible to find the time to see some of Jerusalem. Near many good restaurants and Mamilla street, the main shopping street in Jerusalem. Great lobby when colleagues were meeting up. Excellent helpful...

The hotel clean and looks good. Going to spa in cold weather is not recommended since the spa is not in the hotel but in a near building with bridge connecting them. Breakfast was very rich. Regarding service we needed to ask twice for small things like adding crib to the room, fixing the toilet and kettle. It is must...

5-star international standard, modern, well kept. The shower was a bit annoying because it's an open concept so water splashes everywhere. Different rooms have different layouts. Book this hotel because of proximity and convenience to Jaffa gate (Old City) and Mamilla mall for shopping (we ran back to put our shopping away before more shopping. We booked an upgraded room,...

The Mamilla hotel is very well located, of walking distance to the old Jerusalem. Bed & Beddings are very comfortable - shower with excellent pressure & perfect drainage, nice amenities with L'Occitane. Room décor is modern with lots of storage. These are the good side of the hotel... the bad sides are: room is very small, the hair dryer plug...

We spent five days here to celebrate a big anniversary. The location is great – close to the Old City and the Wall. The architecture is terrific if you like sleek modernism (I do). Rooms are very comfortable if just a bit small for the level; the bathrooms are quite large, with a sit-down shower, big tub and doored-off toilet....
