It is a pleasant stay in Jerusalem. The common areas and the rooms are very clean. The rooms are comfortable. The staff very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast and diner (buffet). Good location, 10mins walking to the Old City. Really a good place to stay.

Hotel was situated very close to the Old City of Jerusalem and so we couldn't complain about the location.

the hotel is located in a noisy part of the city (which one isn't?), but nothing so tragic. it was easy to enter the door of herod and so it was quite practical.
