We were pleased with this booking. A well equipped room with a microwave as a good addition to all the usuals. The location is perfect and about 20 minutes walk to the old town. Housekeeping was a bit variable...It's a great location - right at the top of Ben Yehuda Street.
Recently been touring the Holy Land and stayed in this very ordinary hotel. The party were there for 4 nights while in Jerusalem. The rooms are ordinary but we’re tired and needed some TLC. The breakfast and dinner...Rooms were not clean on check in. When we raised a complaint they were very casual about it. I guess they are full throughout the year hence losing one room doesn’t matter to them. Food was good . Even on a sabbat...
My experience was excellent, and found the personnel warm and friendly. Mr. Dima Katz, the operations manager, was extremely helpful. Not only to me, but to other guests. The location is convenient to everything...The location at Ben Yehuda Street was the icing on the cake!
