We visited Israel at the end of May and we do not regret staying at the Eden. Located in a nice quite neighborhood, our family of four really liked this place. It is more like a bed and breakfast. Everything was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. We stayed in a suite for four and enjoyed... More

This hotel was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. There was a breakfast every morning. The staff was courteous and the food was very good. In the late afternoon there was a gentleman that was friendly and helpful. I actually went to Jerusalem to surprise my wife. She was there for an extended time and the staff... More

Great coffee and a nice breakfast. Mattress in room too hard. Rooms clean overall but could use a little more vacuuming especially around edges. Location and price excellent. Quiet neighborhood and bus stops near by. Staff very nice, except a few front desk staff could be friendlier. Other front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely return.

My husband and I spent six nights at the Eden Jerusalem. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The Israeli breakfast was good. The room had two twin beds pushed together. The beds were comfortable. We had a refrigerator and an electric tea kettle in the room. Although the decor was a bit worn in spots, the bedroom and bathroom... More

The venue was a beautiful, pastoral-like boutique hotel in a lovely tree-lined residential & quiet upscale & academic Jerusalem neighborhood. The service was excellent, and so was the food and overall feeling. Would definitely recommend!!!

We had 4 rooms in the hotel for a family occasion. One room with a double bed was a nice size with a large bathroom. The room was clean and comfortable. The other three rooms with two twin beds were very small. there was barely any room to walk. The bathroom was large in all rooms. The stairs could use... More

We were a church group from the UK and the owners and staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. It is a basic hotel but clean and comfortable. There is a wonderful ice cream parlour nearby, also serving crepes, and a very nice restaurant and fancy cake /coffee shop within walking distance.

I spent two nights in Eden hotel and enjoyed every minute. My room was sparkly clean and the breakfast at the adjacent cafe was really good (do try the cheesecake). The staff at this small family hotel were polite and welcoming and the owners were super helpful. As long time residents of Jerusalem, they can give very useful tips on... More

The Eden hotel is a small hotel at Gilady st. At Arnona Jerusalem. It little bit far from midtown of Jerusalem. The is clean and the staff is friendly . The rooms are reasonable and the area of the hotel is very quiet. So if you need a place to rest after long day of turning Jerusalem, may be that's... More
