We stayed in in a standard interconnecting room with our kids. The rooms were a great size for a family of 5, clean comfy and well equipped. They had coffee facilities an empty fridge (we stocked up from the mini-market up the road), and a great powerful shower. They could do a bit of a refurb but not enough to...

My family and I stayed at this hotel for about 5 nights. There was not one thing that we had to worry or complain about! The service was great, the employees were great, and the breakfast was great!! The walk to the Kotel, Ben Yehuda Street, and other major attractions in Jerusalem is only a 10-15 minute walk away. I...

The older section should not be even lived in. Dirty hallways, room carpets completely dirty, hair in beds, and old drippy eggs left in fridge. Lighting in bathrooms very dark, and bathroom entrance was smaller than a airplane. Wouldn't ever go back again unless put in to the new section. Just shameful. The staff completely unaware, except better in reception....

Stayed here for one night so we could see Jerusalem. The hotel is conveniently located to get in to the old city and is also not far from restaurants and shops. However, the room was distinctly average, the evening menu not at all appetising and the breakfast catered towards big tour groups. It was reasonably priced and is probably a...

Took a train up to Jerusalem from Tel aviv for a short break of 3 nights. I had chosen the hotel from forum comments about how good the hotel was. My wife and I were not disappointed. At reception Tom was very welcoming and allocated us room 923 . We had double the view. The room was spacious and spotlessly...

Just returned from a ten day stay at the Dan Panorama in Jerusalem. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was great, the food was delicious and the location couldn't be better - about equal distance to Old City and Ben Yehuda. Also near the YMCA. We especially enjoyed the Carmel lounge. It was such a nice place to unwind...

We booked a two night stay with our baby girl. Some parts of the hotel are going through renovation which nobody bothered to mention when we booked. Part of these renovations turn out to include the central air-conditioning system which meant the entire hotel is either cooled or heated, according to what the hotel management decides. While nights in Jerusalem...
