I was with a group at this hotel and would never recommend this location ever. The food was low quality and they ran out of food. We had to order in at our own expense. A hotel worker came into the room without knocking and didn't speak Hebrew or English. The front desk staff were not responsive to issues. The...

We arrived and waited to check in for more than 20 minutes... the front desk personnel was short and rude. He acted like we were an inconvenience to him. When we walked into our room it smelled of stale cigarettes. We went to drink out of the hotel glasses and it appeared as if they hadn't been washed in a...

Next to central bus station and nice area within walking distance to some great places like the bridge of strings, machane yehuda market, downtown Jerusalem and not too far from the old city. The inside is really nice and nice common rooms on the first floor, also breakfast is okay.

The hotel is just few steps away from the bus terminal, it has easy access to other methods of transportation and around it, there were many stores, several small fast food restaurants and a shopping center nearby. Our room had 2 single beds and the sofa-bed, in general comfortable but our only bad remark was the cleanliness of the room....

The hotel is very functional. Not well kept but relatively clean. Old fashioned design but nice room. Bathroom is ok. The location is good. The wonderful "Mahne Yehuda" market is about a 1 km walk away. Also very close to bus and train stations.

The room was clean and functional and, even roomy for European standards with a desk, a TV stand and an armchair. The small fridge is a nice addition and allows you to have your own breakfast food if you want to avoid the expensive ($20) and unremarkable breakfast the hotel offers. No laundry service is available on premise. Most of...

One among a myriad of 4 stars hotel found in the Holy Land. A bit on the old side but nevertheless offer a good value for money stay. It is situated just beside the city central bus deport. From here you can walk to the famous Ben Yehuda Street market. It is also quite near to the old city of...

My husband and I arrived earlier than our stay started and Oudry was excellent to work with. He accommodated us, and assisted us right away. People are really nice and were very helpful. However, I will say that the hotel didn't have a full size bed but instead two double beds put together. This was very uncomfortable. Had great architectural...

This hotel should only rate 1 star. The only good thing about the hotel is the great location. The hotel itself is drab, dated, dark & dingy. Our room was on the 10th floor & we often had to wait long periods for a lift. There was no concierge to help us with our 4 cases when we arrived or...
