If you're coming to Jerusalem to visit the Old City and be near the new city and center of the sights, restaurants and action in Jerusalem, this is NOT the place to stay. The hotel is very nice and accommodating but nothing is nearby and it is easily a 45 minute walk, $15-20 cab ride or walk and tram ride...

I have being to Jerusalem about 5 times now and counting. The company would always decide to use this hotel because of their hall space that can accommodate 400 plus participants. The breakfast doesn't have sausages I guess that's ISRAEL and no baked beans, the waiters I don't understand seem to be at war with the guest. Room service needs...

We have spent last Passover in Dan Hotel in Jerusalem, a couple accompanied with a 3 years old toddler. Right at the reception, we were welcomed with some delicious cakes, cookies and a cold beverage. Check in was swift and the entertainment crew took the time to explain to our little boy all the planned activities throughout the holiday. The...

Stay in this hotel for 3 days. Love it. We happened to arrive on a Friday, their Sabbath. The dinner was great! Full of choices, delicious food, we had a great time. Dinner for the other evenings were good, but not as good as the Friday one. Location is good. Taking a taxi back from the Old City is quite...

Came for a meeting, so having the venue a bit out of town avoided the distraction of popping out for half an hour and allowed you to concentrate on work. Great situation, great views of the city. FANTASTIC coffee - I mean, really, really good. Breakfast was included and was a very wide selection. The hotel provided an adaptor that...

There is a beautuful view from the hotel to the city center. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is a 4* and i think it was the signs of slow destruction Some rust, painting deficit. The choice for breakfast is huge (but i missed sausage). In the hotelroom some connector could be used with EU plug....

Beautiful hotel, great customer service. Great buffet breakfast and dinner. Home base for a big Israel tour we were on. They obviously cater to big tour groups, multiple buses unloading lots of tourists Internet was free, but not able to be used in the lower rooms Pool closed, rather annoying since it was hot enough for us to use.

I booked the Family Room but it felt small for 3 guests. The manager talked to us and offered us to be upgraded to a suite that we will have a living room that has a pull out sofa for our son. They were very accommodating and they want to satisfy their guests and they above and beyond. The property...

We had a beautiful room with a separate bedroom. The decor was pleasing and the room was very clean as was the lobby and dining room. My absolute only complaint is that there was no air conditioning and we were there during an extra hot spring season. We were told that they don't turn on the A/C until April. There...

I have stayed in this hotel twice, 3 nights for each visit, always be with a group of friends. Bedroom size is general, not spacious. Wifi was ok. Breakfast and dinner at this hotel were ok and always be full of guests. They provided many kind of salad and dressings. Bread and pastry were ok. Having dinner in this hotel,...
