We got a room opossite a road on which works had begun at 4 a.m. The hotel was half empty, so I have no idea why the put us in that particular room... After complaining about it we got an alternative room. Reception has told us that breakfast is until 10:30. We thought that like in any other hotel in Israel, it means you can get in until 10:30, but the food is available until the last one leaves. However, they wanted to kick us out of the dining room at 10:30 sharp...

Dear Yoav, Thank you for choosing the Dan hotel Jerusalem Thank you for your comment. It is through our guests comments that we are able to continue to improve and develop our service. Sorry we did not match with your expectations. The train construction working hours is beyond our control, but I'm happy to hear that you got an alternative room, sorry for the inconvenience The breakfast buffet is served from 06:00 until 10:30, it is written in the reception information list, and on the boards all over the hotel. After 10:30 you can still stay in the dining room for eating and enjoying your breakfast. I would love to welcome you in person on your next visit and make sure you have a better experience with us. Please contact me before your arrival Address: kinneret.iluk@danhotels.com Regards, Kinneret Iluk Guest Relation manager

Definitely recommend this hotel for its fantastic service, wonderful staff and attention to cleanliness in light of Covid 19 Positives - Safety. Masks were handed out on many occasions; hand sanitiser was readily available; and Tav Yarok passes were checked upon entry - The cleaning staff were very attentive. SAMAH stands out as she was courteous, friendly and did a fantastic job - Staff at the front desk went above and beyond. DIAB was especially helpful and accommodating when we needed to change rooms and extend our stay. He even arranged for a pharmacy to deliver medication when I realised I’d left it at home. This was a wonderful service - The pool is very clean and staffed with lifeguards who reminded guests of pools safety when needed - Breakfast is plentiful with an omelette, pizza and coffee station. They even had an array of soy based milks - Walking distance to the light rail and bus so easy entry into the Old City Negatives - The pool opened at 10am which is a pity if you like an early morning swim - Some staff in the dining room wore their masks under their noses which isn’t the safest I would definitely stay here again

We have been when the hotel was reopen after one year of closure due to covid 19. It was Pesach and we were greeted by the hotel management as we were Royals. Light refershment was provided during the check in process. They served beverages, cakes and fruits. We reserved an executive room facing the old city with a small porch and it worth the extra cost They welcomed us for the holiday with a bottle of wine, a fruit plate, choclates, three bottles of mineral water and a box with small soaps which was a lovely gesture. There was a kettle with tea and coffee and something which is rare in hotels fresh milk in the refrigrator. if you call the reception they can bring extra supply of a tooth brush as i asked. The rooms are very clean. The swimming pool is warm but it is a pity that there were childred who made a lot of noise although their regulations state clearly that the entrence is over 16. The meals were buffet style but served by the polite staff. Breakfast was very varied from made by order omlettes, excellent cheese and fish including salmon. vegtables, fruits, coffee, soft drinks, hot dishes, cakes, yogurts and salads. Dinner was also very rich with fish, a lot of kinds of meat and chickes and side dishes, salads and cold plates in glass jars, soups and desserts. Pesach seder was composed of 6 dishes including fish, soup, duck liver, wine fruits and choclate petit four made by the excellent chief chef. My applauses to him. Very helpful staff. Very goof base to discover the old city and the Ammunition hill museum and mount Scopus.

Dan Jerusalem was our last hotel to stay in during our Beatitudes Pilgrimage in January 2020 and we truly enjoy our stay here. Thanks to the safe and clean rooms, meeting rooms and common areas, the wonderful breakfast spread, and of course, the hospitable and friendly staff, especially the jolly guest relations manager, Jeremy Weiss, who welcomed us upon arrival and who has been most accommodating during our 4 day stay. Everything was great and even made a lot of friends among the staff and guests. Would definitely recommend Dan Jerusalem Hotel to family and friends! Thanks you again Jess (Jeremy) and all Dan staff for taking good care of us! Will be back for sure! Stay safe everyone! Shalom! Malou Y Manila, Philippines

Ok place to stay, not a 4 star hotel, could NOT get toilet paper from housekeeping had to complain twice. One they made up the room but left no towels. This hotel was used by the tour company. Not sure I would pick it if we were traveling by ourselves.
