    No Linda, they are not the same thing. Most of the world uses 220 volts where the US uses 110 volts. A converter changes the 220v to 110v. Check your hair dryer, some travel dryers, shavers and a/c chargers are dual... More

    Yes there are hair dryers in all the rooms. As for electrical appliances: we offer adaptors to all the plugs but not converters (which are needed only for electrical appliances that are not 220V). I wish you a safe trip and... More
