I was there a few weeks ago The food is good and abundance The hotel is kosher (Glatt) and is located close to the ultra-Orthodox neighborhoods in Jerusalem (but also in the city center), and therefore, a lot of critics are the religious / haredi. Very clean

Nice rooms super cozy and a delicious breakfast buffet with optional requests from the chef for fresh food. I wanted an omelette but the options were pretty non appetizing so I asked the waiter and he had the chef cook one up instantly.

From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, everything was perfect!!! we spent 10 days at the Prima Palace. It is an amazing location, within walking distance to the old city and Kotel, Ben Yehuda and other tourist attractions. In terms of the room, it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We spent almost two weeks at this beautiful hotel during our vacation in Jerusalem. Firstly this is about the best location you can find in Jerusalem. Next to bus stops and one minute walk to the tram meaning you can get anywhere you need without feeling exhausted. Short walk to downtown and short walk to the Shuk. Our room was...

This is an okay place, not great value for the price. Rooms are small but clean, view from window was a parking lot. The blankets are very small and ruined my night. Location is fantastic, breakfast is not included and is to expensive.

I was sitting in the lobby and I had to sit with my coat on it was so cold and that is highly inappropriate for a hotel . The fact that the hotel is in Jerusalem and it's sometimes cold is a very poor excuse because for it is not very expensive to put up something in front of the...
