Clean, Smells great,. We asked for low floor for shabbat and we got what we want. Small and Friendly... When taking shower water goes down to the floor (Even that there is blocking glass, it is too short)

We stayed at the Prima for five days including Shabbos. Was beautiful, clean, nice, very helpful staff, good room service, very central location and they serve delicious breakfast and Shabbos meals. No they're not Waldorf Astoria and they don't claim to be nor is it priced as it. It's prima, and they're good at what they do.

Stayed over Shabbat for first visit to Jerusalem during which the Hotel is used mainly by Jewish families, perhaps because its just around the corner of Mea She'arim, a highly traditional neighbourhood. Fair to say that the hotel gets messy during that time with kids playing on clean up not before Sunday morning. Not the nicest hotel we have been...
