Very friendly staff & very friendly price, & super fast free internet. Truly convenient, relaxing and resting cafe. Stayed with coffee & carrot cake with so relaxing moment. Everyone used iPhones instead of Talking, but it's a modern trip, right? :). If you want ample time after hectic old city tour, this is the place!

Overpriced for room quality. Really paying for location which is excellent. No television in room and no tea/coffee facilities in our room but can access a communal tea/coffee facility in a conference room which is sufficient. Staff very friendly and nice Christian atmosphere. Shower water temperature temperamental so not always warm. However nice historic location and is a special place...

A great location just inside the Old City, straddled between Jaffa Gate and The Armenian Quarter with short walks to the Jewish Quarter and Christian sites as well. There is even a public shuttle to take down to the Wall, for the less mobile visitors. A nice, serviceable café is attached. Much of the staff are rather creepy Messianics. If...

We stayed in the largest 5-person family room for 2 weeks. This building was built in the 1800's as a seminary, so you can't expect it to have all the amenities of a modern hotel. The location is excellent, just inside the Jaffa Gate and directly across the street from David's Tower. We used it as a "home base" and...

I can't stress how nice everyone is here. I'm not using any hyperbole when I say the staff makes you feel like family. It's not like a hotel, the staff do a wonderful job from answering all your questions, to amazing food each morning, to making special breakfast requests to accommodate you. The staff was able to provide information on...

Stayed here for 4 nights. Very comfortable bed. Nice clean room. Bathroom/toilet on the small side but adequate. The location is excellent! Near Jaffa gate. Opposite Tower of David. Within walking distance to most places in the Old City. We loved our stay here!

We travelled as a group and had about a dozen rooms. On inspection, they vary significantly in size and quality. Our room was looking towards St Davids Tower and was tiny with narrow single beds that were not too comfortable due to their size. There was some traffic noise at night too so the window had to be kept closed....

WOW! This place used to be a safe haven for Christians, now the service has eroded drastically and the Christ in Christ Church Guest House is absent. We travelled for 20 hours and arrived at the guesthouse and was rudely informed by some surly girl at the reception desk on Saturday Nov 19th, it is only 1pm, you CANNOT go...

I visited Christ Church guest house in May 2016 as part of a Holy Land tour with CMJ. Set in shadow of David's tower and within the old city wall it has a secure compound and the church set in beautiful gardens. Run by the Anglican church and staffed by full time workers and volunteers it is an extremely welcoming...
