We stayed for 2 nights at the Eldan hotel. The first thing we should mention is it's superb location - a 10 minute walk to the old city and also a 10 minute walk to the city hub with restaurants, cafes and events. The hotel is relatively small (around 60 rooms) and has a parking garage (albeit small) - it's... More

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and housekeeping was very good. The location was very central to everything. Tne breakfast and Shabbas meals were enjoyable and the lounge was sociable and comfortable.

The location of this hotel is perfect, and, considering the cost of the hotels surrounding it, an amazing value. Our room was clean, and the breakfast buffet was great. I wish the staff had been more forthcoming with offering advice and suggestions, but did give us a city map when we asked. If you plan on spending a lot of... More

First the negatives: 1) the underground car park is very limited, and manoeuvring is not for the faint hearted! Access to/from depends on a member of staff manually opening/closing the gates. And you can book this hotel based on availability of parking, and then find no spaces when you arrive! however, this was not an issue for us thankfully 2)... More

The property is very very good with very nice service. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were satisfactory. The hotel is at a very nice area near the malls. The ambience was perfect. I would suggest this place for people looking for solitude and beautiful peace.

Eldan has some nice and simple updates. We really enjoyed it. The street is busy and we couldn't have windows at night, but the room had air that worked and it was a reasonable price in a very upscale area

I booked the Eldan Hotel because I needed a centrally-located hotel to see the sights in Jerusalem. Located next to the famous YMCA Three Arches Hotel and across the street from the legendary King David Hotel, it couldn't be better placed. Only a 10 minute walk from the Old City. Great service, wonderful food and free Internet (that worked and... More

We arrived at about 7.30 a.m. after an early morning flight arrival and came to the check-in desk explaining that we had booked for a stay starting that day but had nowhere else to go until a normal check-in time in the afternoon. The man at the desk checked the computer to see if there was any room already made... More
