This is mostly a hotel catering to American tourists. The rooms are average and we had a nice view of the city. But, they don't turn on the AC until later in the year and it was warm in the rooms.(This policy seems to be common in the Middle East as all three hotels we stayed in had no AC.)...

We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour group. The room was very nice; much above normal standards for the area. The buffet meals (breakfast and dinner) we had were also very good; although we missed some of the meats we have at home. Very friendly staff and a good bar! I would definitely stay here again if...

Stayed with a group, so did not personally choose this hotel. However, if given the choice, I would have. Our room was beautiful, clean and quiet, but the bed was extremely hard. Others in our group complained of small rooms, but we were only there to sleep...Our plan included breakfast and dinner. Service was impeccable and efficient, food was plentiful...

Rooms were wonderful, service was wonderful, food service was wonderful and location was fantastic. We would love to return to this great hotel. Food was kosher and tasty. Nothing left out that wasn't needed.

I loved the beautiful lobby, relatively spacious rooms and great location (5 minute walk from lightrail) and easy street and hotel parking. Great breakfast. Like many other hotels, this one had two single beds combined instead of one twin or king. Not sure why. Also, no free internet in the rooms; only in the lobby of the hotel and it's...

The service was outstanding-friendly and helpful. However, while the room was clean, it was small, outdated and stuffy. Our room window opened into the restaurant area, so it was also noisy. Amenity lists a hairdryer in the bathroom, but it is outdated and not efficient. Restaurant offered outstanding food and wait service.

The hotel is far from the action and in a bad part of town so you can't go outside safely at night. It is filled with tour groups so it is always big groups hanging around. You have to pay to get wifi in the room.breakfast has lots of choices.

Very accommodating to large tour groups. Rooms spacious, clean, impressive. My only wish was that the blow drier had higher wattage. Many choices for the breakfast and dinner buffet, presented banquet style- however I found that the foods were too spicy for my taste- The soups were delicious. Stayed her for 3 nights ; our final hotel during our 10...

Buffet style yet plenty of room and plenty of food for all tastes. Ice Cream was well liked by our group. Wonderful desserts and burgers to fine foods. You shouldn't leave hungy Beds...

We stayed 5 nights (bailing our tour for 2 nights at another hotel) with a tour group. The hotel is OK. It caters to bus tours. However, the staff deserves five stars for their service. The cleanliness of the place could be better. I dusted our room when we arrived. The bathroom floor was never really scrubbed. Wash cloths were...
