I booked a room for three. We were given a double room with an extra roll away bed which was big enough for a 10 year old. We were told that all the rooms are exactly the same. Luckily for us, the hotel gave us an extra room for one of us to stay in. But I don't know how any adult was expected to sleep on that extra bed.

We've stayed at the Jerusalem Tower Hotel for most of our holiday. Very friendly staff, great service, clean, awesome fresh breakfast buffet each morning. The greatest location, location, location central to everything. 15 minute walk to the old city. Rooms a little smaller than anticipated however very comfortable. Sunrise from our window. God's glory over the old city. Amazing views. 👏

the hotel was adequate. it met all our requirements, the room was comfortable and clean, the food (buffet style) was good with adequate choices even for a fussy eater like me. yes, as a previous reviewer has said the lifts are quite small (no more than 6 and no baggage) and tend to be slow but the hotel is conveniently located to visit the old city.

12 stories high - small and slow elevators. When occupied by a tour group, takes forever to get up and down. Some folks complained about lumpy mattresses, but ours was fine. No clock in the room. Shower was an adventure - water gets everywhere. Food was always a buffet and the variety offered was not great. It was clean and the people were ok, but I wouldn't go back.

terrible hotel! All night long we couldn't sleep because the window in the room was broken, a crazy wind came in and we suffered all night. The hotel staff had no way of helping us and in the morning they responded that this was our problem. Stay away from this hotel !! Not worth the money and the unpleasant experience. In addition, the bed is uncomfortable, the room is not Clean and full of hair Everywhere ... Do yourself a favor and go to another hotel.

We were booked here on a tour, as it appeared everyone else was who was staying here. The location is excellent. Since I didn't book the room myself I do not know the cost, but it was like staying in a very low budget hostel. The elevators didn't work frequently, the rooms were not cleaned well, the internet did not work properly, the towels were thin. There was no lobby to speak of and the rooms were tiny and bare. If the room was say, $85/night, maybe it would be ok.

We used a last minute booking to get this place. When we arrived the reception staff were pleasant and helpful. It's an old building, and there was parking available underneath. A porter had to help us with the parking. The room was small and it was clean but not near as clean as I had hoped. The bathroom was problematic as the shower sprayed everywhere, and it was clearly a badly designed hotel. Very basic and suited our last minute needs but wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel is situated about 15 minutes walk from the Jaffa Gate. My room was clean and comfortable with very effective air conditioning. Good view from 10th floor. Nice bathroom with easy to operate shower. Plenty of power sockets but not one by the bed. Good storage and personal safe. No kettle or tea/coffee in the room. Can be noisy from outside at night but not a problem for me. Breakfast selection was good. Dinner a little limited with only jelly as a dessert most evenings (fresh fruit also available). Staff friendly and helpful. Corner shops and cafés nearby. Would stay here again.

I had a terrible stay here. When I got there the front desk informed me that the booking is only for one person. I asked him if he wants to see the email confirming my reservation. He told me yes. I showed him the email confirming that it was for two people. He responded that he doesn't care for emails. I contacted the agency I booked the hotel with and they told me to pay the extra money, provide them with an email of the receipt and they will reimburse me. The receptionist informed me that he won't email it and can just provide me a hard copy. Also that air conditioning did not work and just made noise. I complained three times. I was told either that I will be switched rooms or that maintenance will fix it. It never happened. In addition the rooms and beds were very small. Do yourself a favor, don't stay here ever.
