Everything was outdated, back door on balcony was broken. Food was very good though. There was not enough room in the bedroom for 3 people however. The carpet was ripped upand the bathrooms need a lot of work.

Great service and help when needed something brought to my room. I thought it was pretty clean and I enjoyed my time here and if I were to come back to Israel in the future I would stay here if I was staying in Jerusalem.

Overall only one of three keys worked for our room. Most of the time we had to run all over the place to figure out to get into the room and who had the right key. Wished we had more towels and a clean balcony

Dining room was very dirty and most dishes had food on them still. Other than that it was great! The breakfast was great, but the dinner and lunch were the same meal. I also had a problem with the keycard

The hotel was very accomedating. The stuff were nice and helpful, and went unnoticed for most of my stay, which most Israelies would know that thinking about the maid or kitchen is a main anxiety producer. Very nice hotel.

The view was great, and I slept really well. My only concern was the evaluators that felt like they would jerk around and suddenly stop. I did enjoy the bathroom and the amenities that were provided.

We spent an adults only family weekend - sister and four brothers and three partners. The rooms were comfortable, the food was plentiful and good (not gourmet but good shabbat food). Instead of breakfast we had a third meal on Shabbat afternoon. We would highly recommend the hotel. Not expensive, well situated, plenty of parking and efficient staff

Clean hotel, comfortable mattresses, reluctant staff with strange behavior apart from one young man in the restaurant. Very good buffet breakfast and dinner. Kosher certified For sure ALL the building need an urgent renovation.
