Great hotel in a very convenient part of the old city. Right by Jaffa gate, it is easy to get to when you are dropped off at the edge of the old city (not too far to lug your luggage on cobble stone streets). Very accommodating and friendly staff and nice, clean rooms (a little small, but you should not...

The rooms are dusty and dirty. We requested to move to another room, and eventually they reluctantly gave us a room that was so small it was unbearable that we had to move again. The service was bad and the staff couldn't care less. I left the hotel immediately. Please, whatever you do, do not stay at this hotel. the...

My husband I stayed here with a group on a pilgrimage. It is an excellent location. Close to a lot in the old city. We felt very welcome in this place. Dinners/breakfast that was served for our group were buffet with a lot of delicious food to choose from. The room we stayed in had an excellent view although some...

Walking distance to the heart of Jerusalem, easy to get public transportaion to Tiberius, Nazareth, Bethlehem, Dead Sea... Perfect place as a base to explore. Guests range from large, noisy, senior tourist groups to nuns and cardinals on a quiet pigramage. Breakfast was not impressive, but you can get some great falafel, swarma or snitzel just around the corner.

Courteous service, superb location, wonderful ambiance. Within walking distance of everything there is to see within the old town. Situated right next to the Jaffa gate. Serrounded by a miriad of different restaurants.

home away from home. The staff was wonderful! Anna and Ahmed became like friends in the short time I was there. I was sick while there and they brought me tea- truly above and beyond. They are truly gems of the Gloria Hotel. All the staff were more than willing to help. Very conveniently located. Very warm atmosphere and very...

This place is all you want in an affordable hotel. It has an amazing location right at Jaffa Gate to the Old City. It has very friendly, professional staff. It has beautiful common areas. The free breakfast (that is just okay) with my room was a deal. The room was a breath of fresh, cool air after having stayed in...

Simply the best location and the best hotel. The manager Samir is a man of his word and a true gentleman. This hotel together with the other hotel of the same manager are the only ones that are really worth the stay in the Old City. It makes going back and forth to the Holy Sepulchre possible!

We spent 2 nights in the Gloria hotel during PassOver. The hotel location is extremely convenient: 100 meters from Jaffa Gate and its 2 car parks and modern shopping street and it is within the Old City. Staff was really nice and spoke many languages. Our room was very clean, comfortable and large. Finally the price is totally worth and...

Just spent four nights here. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Excellent location for sightseeing in the Old City and going out in West Jerusalem. Just inside Jaffa Gate. Cars can drive to the entrance. Everything in the Old City is a short walk away. The Citadel is just outside the hotel, as is the entrance to the...
