Beautiful hotel. Quaint and charming. Small rooms, but adequate and clean. Two twin size beds in the room. The view from the 4th floor roof top is breathtaking. Lovely experience. The Allegro bistro in the hotel is a lovely place to enjoy lunch. Central location. If I ever have another opportunity to visit Jerusalem, I would definitely stay here again.
Notre Dame is the ideal place to stay in Jerusalem, especially for any Catholic group. It is within walking distance (7-10 minutes) from the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. It has a quiet, beautiful, prayerful chapel inside, with Jesus present in the tabernacle and with an active sacramental life (daily Adoration, Mass, and Confession). The staff is very helpful, attentive, and friendly; Suzie, Abeer, and Nicole, who work at the front desk, always greet you with a cheery smile and quickly take care of your needs, making for a warm and welcoming arrival every time you come back from the day's travels. The food is abundant and delicious, fresh and varied. The rooms are well furnished with comfortable beds, modern bathroom facilities, and good electricity/Wifi. The cafe on the first floor is a wonderful place to hang out, and for fancier fare, the rooftop restaurant is exquisite. I take groups to the Holy Land twice a year, and we always stay at Notre Dame. Thanks!…
Notre Dame is the top Hotel in Jerusalem; all services are good.Receptionist Abeer is very professional and nice person. The roof garden is the 🔝 the ideal location for dinner or taste of cheese and wine.
Our experience at the Notre Dame Guest House was all around our best experience ever staying at a hotel. The food was exceptional and plentiful. The service was extraordinary. The rooms were spacious, well lit and very clean.
The hotel is located in the center of Jerusalem, right in front of the New Gate and has its own parking so we didn't need to take a car or taxi to get to the Old City. It was very convenient. My special thanks to the staff who were very helpful and resolved my case where I had booked one room but arrived unexpectedly with my parents and they found the best rooms close to each other at the best price which suited us perfectly. Many thanks again, Murad, Susie and others. The food was very tasty - both the included breakfasts and the Allegro restaurant. The cleaning service was just fine and invisible. Also we had a kettle in the room, a set of different teas and coffees, a coffee machine with capsules and a mini-fridge. It was very unexpected and pleasant. So I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. See you soon, Norte Dame Guest House!…
An amazing building with great staff. Friendly and attentive service in stunning surroundings. The food is fantastic and there’s a great roof top bar that offers panoramic views across Jerusalem. A must see when visiting the holy city
This guest house for pilgrims was a lovely place to stay with wide gathering areas, great food, and close location to the Old City. Nicole at the front desk was so very helpful on a number of occasions as she went out of her way to help us navigate the city. Very friendly and accommodating staff!
Such a beautiful guest house for all visiting Jerusalem. There is a chapel with daily English mass and adoration of Blessed Sacrament. Though it’s a guest house and pontifical institute, the service and staff made it a five star hotel.
It was the best experience in this hotel, from the facilities and first class service, with Miss Abeer and Nicole, both have been very kind, welcoming and very attentive; always with a smile on their face, which makes you feel confident and at home; doing an excelente job. I definitely recommend and return to this hotel on my next trip. Thank you for all!
Excellent service and location. Walking distance from old city. Hotel service is convenient, parking is included and there are few options from bar to high end restaurant at the top floor with an amazing view. The restaurant manager and waitresses at the lobby level are very helpful and friendly. Food is good.
